One Piece: Major predictions for chapter 1134 spoilers

With chapter 1133 getting Robin and Saul’s reunion fully out of the way, One Piece fans are expecting the upcoming chapter 1134 to begin building up Elbaph Arc’s core plot. Likewise, fans are desperate for any and all spoilers they can find on the upcoming issue prior to its official release this coming Monday, December 23, 2024.

Unfortunately, there are no verifiable spoilers available for One Piece chapter 1134 as of this article’s writing. It’s also possible that these spoilers never come at all thanks to recent anti-manga piracy efforts in Japan which saw legal action taken against leakers. Likewise, there’s a legitimate chance fans are left totally in the dark during the manga’s entire upcoming release week.

Thankfully, there’s a very likely route for the upcoming One Piece issue to take considering Robin and Saul’s well-executed reunion is now out of the way. This route should begin with exploration of the nearby Owl Library, which Saul apparently wanted to show Robin, and eventually lead into developing the arc’s essential narrative.

One Piece chapter 1134 should begin setting up Elbaph’s focus via the Owl Library’s books

One Piece chapter 1134 will likely open up with Saul taking Robin and the Straw Hats into the Owl Library, which should be housing the books he and others rescued from Ohara.

This is the only sensible reason for Saul to want to show Robin the library, and would also be the best way to justify spending time on such a scene in the final saga. Robin will likely recognize the books immediately, picking up one that her mother Olvia, or Professor Clover worked on or liked.

Some of the other Straw Hats will likely explore the library too, with Luffy being one of those to stay by Saul and Robin’s side. He’ll likely ask Saul if there are any books on Elbaph, specifically asking if there are any books relative to Loki or the position Luffy is seemingly in.

Additionally, Saul will likely pick up on this immediately, leading to Luffy trying to lie and the other Straw Hats in the area immediately catching this. Luffy will likely reveal that he met Loki, but keep their apparent promise hidden, prompting Robin and Saul to begin explaining who Loki is to Luffy. This should lead him to rethink his promise with Loki, but not yet reveal it to Saul and co.

Saul will likely agree to keep this a secret as other Giants begin appearing, with one being Collun, the Giant child. His father, who he is bringing food to, will likely be revealed as working at the library, justifying his arrival.

Collun should then immediately recognize Luffy, ending his conversation about Loki with the others for now. In turn, Collun should immediately say something about Shanks, prompting Luffy to ask him the same questions about Shanks that he wanted to ask Loki. However, Collun is unlikely to know the answers to all of them, but not find those unanswerable questions suspicious.

The Straw Hats should find them suspicious, stepping in to end the conversation before Luffy lets any word of Loki slip. Some dialogue should play out between all those present about where they’re headed next, likely either being the feast area or another part of Elbaph. One Piece chapter 1134 should then end with some sort of further setup or tease for the arc, likely via a shift in focus in the final panels.
