One Piece chapter 1118 is set to be released on June 24, 2024. Spoilers for the chapter indicated that the Gorosei are after the remaining Vegapunk satellites. A hidden detail also indicated that one of the satellites could have also died, making an escape route for the Straw Hat Pirates.

The chapter showcased the misery of the Iron Giant, who sank deep into the sea while asking for Joyboy where he was. The climax displayed Bonney's Distorted Future as a proper Nika form as she went after Saint Marcus alongside Luffy.

After impaling the Iron Giant, the Gorosei asked Vegapunk York about the other satellites that were alive. She confirmed that only Vegapunk Lilith and Atlas were connected to Punk Records, hinting that Vegapunk Edison could have died while extending the clouds for the Straw Hats to make a safe landing into the sea.

According to the spoilers for One Piece chapter 1118, the chapter began with the Iron Giant sinking into the sea, calling out to Joyboy and asking him about where he was. The chapter then shifted to Dressrosa Kingdom, where people were reacting to the halting of Vegapunk's message.

The chapter then returned to Egghead Island, where the giants mounted their ship alongside Monkey D. Luffy. Meanwhile, Bonney escaped the Marine forces by turning every one of them into babies using her devil fruit powers.

As everyone enjoyed a feast on the giants' ship to restore their energy, Saint Marcus was flying towards them, declaring that he would not let any of them escape. Luffy transformed into Gear 5 to counter the Gorosei and encouraged Bonney to try using her Distorted Future again. This time, she transformed into a perfect Nika as she and Luffy charged at Saint Marcus.

After impaling the Iron Giant, the Gorosei asked Vegapunk York about the remaining alive Vegapunk satellites. York checked the satellites that were accessing the Punk Records and stated that only Vegapunk Lilith and Atlas were active. This could have suggested that Vegapunk Edison had finally died.

In chapter 1112, Vegapunk Edison (Punk-03) jumped into the Frontier Dome of the Labphase to see if the Thousand Sunny could pass through it without burning. After he passed through, Edison extended the clouds towards the Labophase so that the Thousand Sunny could easily pass through the Frontier Dome.

Unfortunately, he could only extend the clouds to a limit because Saint Nusjuro slashed the lower half of Labophase when he arrived. He then started calling everyone out to escape, even though he was in a severely injured state.

He made his last appearance in chapter 1116 when he warned Stussy to escape. Stussy insisted that Edison allow her and Kaku to escape together, as they were teammates.

Edison apologized to her for involving her in such a big mess and told her to find a reason to live. With Vegapunk York confirming that only Lilith and Atlas are alive, Vegapunk Edison's death could be confirmed as he is no longer connected to Punk Records.
