One Piece Vivre Card Fourth Folder Part 3 was released in Japan on November 1, 2024. This visual dictionary was composed of two books, titled The Geniuses of "Future Island" Egghead!! and The Fierce Battle of Pirate Island! Marines vs. Blackbeard!!, mainly consisted of information about Vegapunk satellites and Marine officers, but it also had information about some SWORD members.
One of these was Hibari, whose blood type and place of birth were revealed. Combined with a past hint about her voice, Hibari was again speculated to be the daughter of Grand Fleet Admiral Sakazuki due to the similarities between them. SWORD is a hidden organization, so the Fleet Admiral might not know what his daughter is doing.

As seen in the latest One Piece Vivre card, Hibari's card revealed some information about her. The One Piece Vivre card revealed that she was the current Marine HQ Commander in the Marine Corps and had Armament and Observation Haki. Additionally, the card revealed her Cross Guild Bounty, which was 2 stars (200 million beli).
However, her character's most important details were her birthplace and blood type. Hibari was born in North Blue (same as Sanji and his siblings) and her blood group type is F (same as Monkey D Luffy). These information pieces connect her to the current Fleet Admiral and one of the strongest characters of One Piece, Akainu.
However, declaring them connected because of two aspects might be too far-fetched, so let's look at another hint that was dropped in the anime adaptation. As revealed in the anime, Akainu and Hibari are two of the only characters who use the Hiroshima dialect. This should be enough to state that Akainu might be Hibari's fatherly figure.
It is not unveiled whether these two have a distorted relationship or not, but Akainu does seem like a person who would show tough love to his children. Another hint of their relationship could be Hibari being an HQ Commander at such a young age, showing that the Fleet Admiral could be expecting big things from his blood.
On the other hand, if their relationship is distorted, it could be due to Koby. During the Marineford arc, Akainu nearly kills Koby to stop the war. Fortunately, Shanks interfered at the eleventh hour and saved Koby's life. Hibari, who views Koby as an idol and 'potentially' as a love interest, might not have liked this act, which could have distorted their father-daughter bond.
Final thoughts
As usual, take this article with a huge grain of salt because every scenario explored in it is entirely speculative, even the relationship between Akainu and Hibari.
Their relationship could be similar to Queen and Franky, as the previous One Piece Vivre Card hinted at them being family members. However, it is advised that fans wait for official confirmation. The same should be the case for Hibari and Akainu because a few hints aren't enough to declare them as blood-related.
