Fans have been highly anticipating the release of One Punch Man chapter 203. This is because, following a two-month hiatus, the manga surprisingly did not continue the Ninjas Arc, i.e., the fight between Blast and Empty Void. Instead, the manga focused on Suiryu, showing what happened after he got discharged from the hospital.

The previous chapter saw Suiryu hoping to join the Hero Association. But after being enamored by Webigaza, he joined Neo Heroes for a short while. Unfortunately, after breaking one of their state-of-the-art suits, Suiryu was forced to stay at the organization.

With the next chapter soon set to be released, let's take a look at what fans can expect from One Punch Man chapter 203.

What to expect from One Punch Man chapter 203?

One Punch Man chapter 203 could follow the Neo Heroes story arc

As fans might remember, before the One Punch Man manga went on a hiatus, the story was focusing on Empty Void. After the monster dominated in the fight against Flashy Flash and Speed-o'-Sound Sonic, Blast arrived to help them. This led fans to feel certain that the manga would follow the same route.

However, in chapter 202, the manga switched its perspective to Suiryu. While it does seem like the manga chapter was added in as a filler before the big fight between Blast and Empty Void, the Neo Heroes plotline does suggest an alternate huge story arc. Hence, the manga could likely follow Suiryu in the next few chapters as well.

One Punch Man chapter 203 could return to Blast vs. Empty Void

Following the manga's previous chapter which saw Suiryu join Neo Heroes, the manga could likely switch its focus back to the fight between Blast and Empty Void. The two were former partners who looked for mysterious cubes together. But after Empty Void became a monster, Blast was forced to fight him.

Thus, there is a chance that before the manga focuses on their fight in the upcoming chapter, it could reveal Empty Void's past, explaining why he accepted God's proposal to turn into a monster.

One Punch Man chapter 203 could reveal Saitama and Manako's status

As fans might remember, before Flashy Flash went off to fight Speed-o'-Sound Sonic, he was accompanied by Saitama and Manako. However, just as the ninja was set to leave, Saitama revealed that he planned on eating curry udon alongside Manako.

Even when Blast was depicted to follow Flashy Flash through a flashback, the hero wasn't shown to be with him. Thus, there is a good chance that Saitama had actually gone to eat a meal with the monster. However, it is to be seen if the A-Class Hero joins the fight against the former Ninja Village founder or not.
