With the release of One Punch Man chapter 206, the manga hinted at how strong new characters Elimin and Destroy were. While it did not show them fighting, Mars Leo's reaction depicted it very clearly. The manga later introduced fans to the Neo Heroes Founder Blue. With that, the manga seemingly switched back to Blast vs. Emoty Void.

The previous chapter saw Wild Emperor and Sekingar identifying some of the problems surrounding the Neo Heroes. In addition, the former Hero Association members questioned Darkshine's decision to retire as a hero. Nevertheless, they supported his decision to change his career path.

One Punch Man chapter 206, titled Special, opened with Elimin and Destro escorting Kokou and Mars Leo out of the Neo Heroes room for causing unnecessary commotion. Kokou was irritated by this development as Mars Leo backed down without a fight. But the reason Mars Leo backed out was because both Destro and Elmin were 94% and 95% cyborgs, meaning they were overly powerful.

Right after they left, Wavygyaza fell to her knees, claiming she had a small headache. But in reality, someone was seemingly probing inside her brain through the connection made with Neo Heroes' main server. For a moment, it seemed like they had successfully taken over Wavygyaza. Just then, Suiryu picked her up to rush her into the infirmary as her temperature had risen too high.

Soon after, Wavygyaza forced Suiryu to put her down as her high temperature was her normal body temperature following her cyborgification. Right after, McCoy used the opportunity to introduce Metal Bat to everyone. During this, Ryumon tried to pick a fight with him. However, Metal Bat handled the situation calmly.

Lastly, McCoy introduced all the Neo Heroes to the organization's founder, the leader standing at the top of the organization, Blue. He seemingly established the organization to show "Real Heroes" to the world. With that in mind, he asked the Neo Heroes to join him in his mission.

Just as Blue declared this, some of the Neo Heroes were seen discussing details about the Neo Heroes founder. While they questioned the organization for hiring a 10-year-old (Wild Emperor) as a Neo Hero, they were left scratching their heads after learning about the organization's leader who was just 16 years old. However, it made sense because Blue was special; he was the son of Hero Association's Class A Rank 1 Hero Blast.

With that, One Punch Man chapter 206 gave fans a glimpse of the ongoing fight between Blast and Empty Void. With that, the manga effectively returned to the Ninjas Arc as the two former partners were seen fighting each other.
