With the release of One Punch Man chapter 207, just as the previous chapter suggested, the manga showcased the continuation of Ninjas Arc. As fans might remember before the story arc was paused mid-way, Blast and Empty Void had begun fighting each other. With the latest chapter, the manga simply resumed this fight.

The previous chapter revealed just how strong Elmin and Destro were. Their cyborgification was even higher than that of Webigyaza. The manga later revealed the founder of the Neo Heroes Organization. The founder was seemingly a young boy named Blue. But the shocking part was that he is the son of Hero Association S-Class Rank 1 Hero Blast.

One Punch Man chapter 207, titled Bind, opened with Blast hitting Empty Void with a Gravity Knuckle. In return, Empty Void swung his katanas at Blast, hoping to cut him. However, Blast easily dodged this attack and caught hold of Empty Void's wrists.

While doing so, Blast informed Empty Void that he was waiting to face off against him for 15 years. During this time, he perfected a technique to restrain him without killing. This was necessary because, if Empty Void's hands were free, he could step into the higher dimension using his hand seals.

Nevertheless, Empty Void launched another sneak attack on his former partner. Unfortunately for him, the attack didn't work as "The Light of Divine Power" was useless against him. Right after, Blast began preparing to take Empty Void to the Hero Association Headquarters to get him treated.

Surprisingly, just then, Speed-o'-Sound Sonic threw two kunai knives toward Empty Void's face. Blast spotted them in time and knocked them out of the way. This left Sonic confused as to why Blast refused to finish off the former Ninja Village founder.

Just then, Empty Void happened to absorb Blast's power of darkness. With that, his fingers were finally free, allowing him to use his hand seals to enter the higher dimension. While Flashy Flash and Speed-o'-Sound Sonic were alarmed at Empty Void having escaped, Blast was shocked as his former partner managed to absorb his power.

Right after, from the higher dimension, Empty Void launched a Dimension Slash at Blast, Flashy Flash, and Speed-o-Sound Sonic. Fortunately, Blast managed to safeguard the two ninjas from harm's way in time.

Final thoughts on One Punch Man chapter 207

With Empty Void being able to absorb Blast's power of darkness, the S-Class Rank 1 Hero was effectively left with no certain way to restrain his former partner. Such a development could either force Blast to fight Empty Void seriously or rely on Saitama's overpowered strength to take him down.
