With the release of One Punch Man chapter 211, the manga saw the battle between Blast and Empty Void resume. As depicted by the manga, Blast always knew about Void's scheme with Luna. However, the most shocking revelation in the manga chapter was that Void was planning to defeat God.
The previous manga chapter revealed Blast's first encounter with Empty Void and how they ended up teaming up. Blast's wife was none other than Void's sister Luna whom he had sent after him to keep an eye on. Following her death, Void was exposed to one of the mysterious cubes, forcing him to see a vision of his deceased sister and disciple.

One Punch Man chapter 211: Blast vs. Empty Void resumes
One Punch Man chapter 211, titled Plan, picked up right from where the previous chapter ended as Empty Void saw a vision of his sister Selenian Luna and disciple Dirty Stain. Void was confused about the ninjas' "noble mission." Hence, Stain and Luna explained that distrust was the major reason behind all conflicts. Thus, their mission was to fuse all consciousnesses to cease all conflicts.
Empty Void was doubtful about Luna and Stain's new noble mission. However, his desire to witness a conflictless world surpassed his doubts. This is why, despite spotting the mysterious cube, Empty Void took God's hand. This was how the ninja village founder was monsterized.
One Punch Man chapter 211 then switched back to the present as both Blast and Empty Void finished catching a glimpse of each other's memories. However, just as both of them became conscious, Void attacked Blast. This is because, after watching Blast's memories, Void realized that Blast knew about his scheme with Luna from the beginning.
As explained by Blast, he liked strong people and could see through lies. Given that both Void and Maya were strong, he learned about them quickly. But besides the conspiracy, Blast was certain that Void had a pressing reason to defeat him. Void pleasantly agreed and started attacking Blast with a flurry of attacks.
Right after, One Punch Man chapter 211 saw the narrator explaining Empty Void's secret. As explained by the manga, Void had regained his consciousness after he absorbed the power that leaked out from Garou. However, at that moment, he made a decision.
Void decided to keep pretending to be under God's control, defeat the heroes, and use the cube to increase the number of avatars. In the end, he would exchange his own life to divide all of his power derived from Garou among the other avatars. Such a move would bring back the avatars' consciousness and pit them against God. With this plan, he aimed to defeat God once and for all.
Final thoughts on One Punch Man chapter 211
While One Punch Man chapter 211 was very exciting, it featured two inconsistencies. Blast's right arm, which was cut away in one of the previous chapters was back in its place. Additionally, the manga saw Empty Void's Dimension Swords back in their sheaths. As fans would remember, Saitama had caught hold of both swords and was hoping to use them as box cutters.
Hopefully, the manga will either clear out the mistakes or give an explanation behind both miraculous developments.
