Ever since the manga's previous chapter gave fans a glimpse of Empty Void's plan against God, fans have been left restless over what new updates will brought forward by One Punch Man chapter 212. The manga chapter ended with a cliffhanger as fans wondered why Empty Void was fighting Blast despite them sharing similar goals.

The previous chapter revealed how God used a vision of Empty Void's deceased sister and disciple to convince the ninja village founder to accept his hand. The manga also revealed that Empty Void had broken out of God's control when he absorbed Garou's powers. Nevertheless, he continued acting like he was under control, hoping to prepare an army to defeat God in the future.

What to expect from One Punch Man chapter 212?

Blast vs. Empty Void could resume in One Punch Man chapter 212

As seen in the previous manga chapter, after Blast and Empty Void stopped glimpsing into each other's memories, Empty Void attacked Blast for knowing about his plan with his sister Selenian Luna. However, during this, Blast hinted that he knew about Empty Void's true plan to defeat God. Nevertheless, the manga saw the two characters resume fighting.

With that, fans can expect the manga to showcase the remainder of their fight. Additionally, the manga might also confirm whether Blast's right arm and Empty Void's swords appearing in the previous chapter were just drawing errors or part of some major development.

One Punch Man chapter 212 could reveal why Empty Void was still fighting Blast

As suggested by Blast in the manga's previous chapter, he knew about Empty Void's plan to form an army of monsters to take down God. While Blast should have been in favor of this plan, he suggested that Empty Void try and defeat him as soon as he could. Therefore, fans were left confused over why the two were still fighting.

There is a chance that Empty Void was yet to accumulate a sufficient number of monsters to defeat God. Hence, he could not act normally with Blast, forcing him to keep fighting his former partner. Hopefully, One Punch Man chapter 212 explains the same.

Flash and Sonic could try helping Blast in One Punch Man chapter 212

With Empty Void charging at Blast, Flashy Flash and Speed-o'-Sound Sonic could again try and assist the S-Class Rank 1 Hero. However, given how outmatched they are against the former ninja village founder, they might not actively partake in the battle, but try to set Blast up with opportunities to take down his former partner.

Additionally, the manga could give fans further glimpses of Saitama and Manako. With that, there also remains the possibility that Caped Baldy could assist Blast in the fight.
