Oshi no Ko chapter 152, titled 'Interview,' opened with Taishi Gotanda giving an interview before the early screening of the 15-Year Lie movie. He expressed that he had no intention of directing anything fiction and had tried his best to display the truth entertainingly. With that, Gotanda stated that the film was dedicated to Ai Hoshino.

Chapter 152 switched to the early screening premiere as the people involved in the film were able to witness it. Many people were seen sobbing, but Akane Kurokawa had a different reason for crying.

After the movie, Frill Shiranui praised Taishi Gotanda as his directing was marvelous. There were some instances where the acting was poor, but Aqua's editing managed to camouflage it.

According to Ruby Hoshino's co-stars, the poor acting display at the start of the film was by her. However, her final scene was extremely beautiful, so people had a good feeling about the movie.

Oshi no Ko chapter 152 switched to Kaburagi Masaya and Taishi Gotanda as they discussed what they succeeded in doing with the film. While Gotanda wasn't sure if he did Ai Hoshino justice, he sensed some guilt fading away.

Gotanda believed that it must be the same for Kaburagi, given that he was responsible for having Ai meet Hikaru. While Kaburagi denied it, he wished that he helped bring the truth behind Ai's death to light.

Oshi no Ko chapter 152 then switched to Aqua Hoshino as he was giving an interview. The interviewer asked him about his aspirations for playing the role of Hikaru Kamiki. Aqua shared that he did not act to make anyone happy but for his own sake.

Right after, the interviewer asked Aqua about his relationship with his friends. Aqua retorted that he loved no one and had no intention of reciprocating someone's love. He wished that only those who were okay with this attitude of his would like him. However, the interviewer immediately caught the lie in Aqua's words. Aqua distanced himself from his friends because he cared about them.

While Aqua tried not to give up any emotions, the interviewer asked Aqua why he was trying to bottle up all of his emotions. That's when the manga revealed that the interviewer was none other than Aqua's father, Hikaru Kamiki.

Aqua declared that he did so because for him, acting was his revenge against his mother's killer, Hikaru. With that, Aqua expressed that he and Ruby would not be able to move forward unless they got their revenge on their father.
