Oshi no Ko chapter 154 is set to be released on Thursday, July 4, 2024, at 12 am JST. Following the manga's one-week break, the series has finally returned and will be following its weekly release schedule. Oshi no Ko manga can be read on Shueisha's MANGA Plus.

The previous chapter saw Hikaru Kamiki confessing to the crime he committed and revealing the real relationship between him and Ai Hoshino. However, just as Hikaru accepted his fate, Aqua hinted that the movie's title 15 Year Lie had been misinterpreted by Hikaru.

According to Shueisha's MANGA Plus, Oshi no Ko chapter 154 will be released on Wednesday, July 3, 2024, in most countries worldwide.

However, due to the manga's simulrelease schedule, the series' next chapter will be released on Thursday, July 4, 2024, at 12 am JST in Japan, followed by a few other countries on the same day.

Meanwhile, the mobile application allows fans to read all chapters of a manga for free. However, if fans want to read any chapter other than the first three and the latest three more than once, they can purchase a premium membership.

Oshi no Ko chapter 153, titled Fiction, saw Hikaru Kamiki express that the 15 Year Lie movie was fictional as it did not show the entire truth. While the movie showed Ai and Hikaru having a mutual relationship, in reality, only Hikaru loved Ai. Thus, when she eventually left him, Hikaru killed Ai out of spite.

With that, Hikaru confessed to his crime and expressed that he was ready to face the repercussions. Just then, Aqua stopped Hikaru as the meaning of 15 Year Lie was seemingly different from what Hikaru had interpreted.

Right after, the manga revealed how Seijuro Uehara and Airi Himekawa's death affected Hikaru. Upon feeling guilty, Hikaru wished to find solace in Ai. That's when Ai asked him not to meet her anymore.

What to expect from Oshi no Ko chapter 154?

Oshi no Ko chapter 154 will most likely reveal what Ai Hoshino had shared with her son Ai in the DVD she passed to him through Director Taishi Gotanda.

This has been one of the biggest secrets in the manga and has been hinted at from very early in the series. With this, fans could finally understand what the 15-Year Lie truly refers to.

This revelation could be made with a flashback scene as the focus from the previous chapter could switch from Hikaru Kamiki to Ai Hoshino.
