The previous chapter saw Hikaru reveal what Ai conveyed, that she could never love him. In response, Aqua showed Hikaru the video within Ai's DVD. Through the video, Ai revealed that she loved Hikaru and only left him so wouldn't burden him with her pregnancy. The fact that she loved him but said she could not was the "15-Year Lie."

Oshi no Ko Chapter 155 spoilers: Aqua hints at Nino as an accomplice to Ai's murder
Oshi no Ko Chapter 155 spoilers opened with Aqua Hoshino realizing that his mother never mentioned the father's name in the video. she was worried about him to the very end. As for Hikaru Kamiki, after watching the video, he could be seen sitting powerlessly without uttering a word.
Just as Hikaru stood up and began to leave, Aqua asked him where he was going. He revealed that he was going to do everything with his power for Ai. Ruby Hoshino tried to stop her father but Aqua asked her to leave him as her revenge was already over.
Oshi no Ko Chapter 155 spoilers then saw Aqua and Ruby return home. Their adoptive mother Miyako Saitou was surprised to see them return home sooner than expected. While she did not know the details behind Aqua and Ruby's revenge, she knew her children had something to resolve on the day of the film's early screening and asked them about it.
"What you wanted to do... did you resolve it properly?"
Just as Ruby said yes, Miyako welcomed her children back home and hugged Ruby. Miyako asked Aqua to join them as well. She knew her son was hesitant, hence she asked him not to argue with her and held him close. She knew Aqua always suppressed his emotions, strained himself, and kept hurting continuously for someone else's sake.
With that, Miyako expressed how proud she was of her son.
“Clumsy, but kind...my son - my pride. I am so proud.”
Hearing these words finally helped Aqua let go of his emotions as he started crying while being held by his adoptive mother.
Oshi no Ko Chapter 155 spoilers then switched to Ichigo Saitou's office as Ichigo asked Aqua about his intentions to kill his father Hikaru Kamiki. Aqua expressed that while he intended to get revenge from the very beginning, his sister Ruby who had gone through the same ordeal had chosen the path of forgiveness. Hence, he chose to forgive his father.
As for Ichigo Saitou, he too, had intended to kill Hikaru Kamiki but upon learning that Ruby had inherited her mother Ai Hoshino's wish, he did not want to go against it. Hence, Ichigo let go of his revenge amidst his busy work schedule. B-Komachi's live tour was starting in a week, hence he was quite busy with advertising.
Oshi no Ko Chapter 155 spoilers then switched to Akane and Aqua. Seeing Akane Kurokawa having cut her hair short, Aqua asked about it. Akane revealed that she cut her hair short as she no longer needed to imitate Ai Hoshino. She conveyed to Aqua that she hadn't cut her hair over a broken heart.
Akane said:
“Nobody knows the future. Nobody knows what comes after a happy ending.”
From the context of Oshi no Ko Chapter 155 spoilers, it seemed like after learning what happened between Aqua & Ruby and their father Hikaru Kamiki, Akane thought the siblings had reached their happy ending. However, Aqua himself wasn't certain of it as something did not add up.
Hikaru Kamiki could not have been the sole perpetrator behind the murders of Ryosuke Kaihara, Yura Katayose, and Gorou Amamiya. There was one other person who admired Ai the most yet wanted her to fall, the former B-Komachi member "Nino," also known as Fuyuko Niino. With that, Oshi no Ko Chapter 155 spoilers hinted at Nino being an accomplice to Hikaru.
Lastly, Oshi no Ko Chapter 155 spoilers revealed that the manga's next chapter was set to be serialized as scheduled the next week.
