The alleged Oshi no Ko chapter 161 spoilers were supposed to reveal what Aqua Hoshino planned to do after pointing toward his biological father Hikaru Kamiki with a knife. While it seemed evident that Aqua had enough of his father's lies and was planning on killing him, would he go along with this plan?
Needless to say, the alleged spoilers did not disappoint as they answered just that. Aqua realized that Hikaru Kamiki tried to kill his daughter Ruby by inciting Fuyuko Niino to commit the crime on his behalf. This realization saw Aqua finally take things into his own hands as he planned on killing Hikaru to protect Ruby's future.

Oshi no Ko chapter 161 spoilers: Aqua follows his original revenge plan
According to the alleged Oshi no Ko chapter 161 spoilers, the upcoming chapter will be titled Future. The chapter spoilers opened with Crow Girl talking about Hikaru Kamiki. After killing anyone who could surpass Ai Hoshino, Hikaru gradually became imprisoned by an obsession. Using his extraordinary charisma, he spread his ideology to others and had them work for him.
His former pride had withered away and he was now fulfilling his desires by taking others' lives. This is also why despite his relationship with Ruby Hoshino, killing her seemed like fate to him.
Just as Hikaru saw Aqua's knife, Oshi no Ko chapter 161 spoilers saw him try and manipulate Aqua Hoshino. He stated how Aqua killing him would effectively not be so bad as it would increase Ai's life value to a whole new level. Given that Aqua would not care about this, Hikaru instantly switched the narrative to the end of Ruby's idol career.
Aqua Hoshino could easily kill his frail father with a knife. But such an action would put an end to Ruby's idol career as the media would not allow the sister of a murderer to continue her career. They would not care about the truth behind the murder and would label Ruby as a "murderer's sister." In the end, both Ruby's dignity and career will be lost.
With that, Hikaru Kamiki conveyed to Aqua in Oshi no Ko chapter 161 spoilers that it was in the best of his interest to not stab him. This was followed by Hikaru further trying to manipulate Aqua by listing down all the things he would miss out on doing if he got arrested for his murder.
Oshi no Ko chapter 161 spoilers then saw Aqua agreeing with Hikaru. He wanted to become a surgeon, respond to Arima Kana's feelings, go to the beach with his half-brother Taiki Himekawa, address Miyako Saitou as his "mom," repay Akane Kurokawa for her kindness, and witness Ruby perform at the Tokyo Dome.
Nevertheless, Aqua was prepared to abandon all these dreams to protect his sister's future. For that to happen, there was no other choice but to kill Hikaru Kamiki. Hikaru tried to argue with Aqua but he interrupted him, stating his new plan. He was planning to sacrifice himself so that the media wouldn't target Ruby.
Aqua Hoshino stabbed himself with the knife and prepared to kill Hikaru. He did this because such a piece of evidence would lead the media to believe that it was Hikaru who tried to kill Aqua after the pre-release of the autobiographical film. In doing so, both of them just happened to fall down the cliff after their conflict. Hence, Ruby would not be labeled a "murderer's sister." Just as Aqua stated this in Oshi no Ko chapter 161 spoilers, he held Hikaru and jumped down the cliff.
