Oshi no Ko chapter 164, titled Final Act, saw Kana Arima looking for Aqua. But unbeknownst to her, Aqua was drowning in the sea. Just as he was sinking deeper, he was in pain and wanted it to end. Suddenly, he started hearing the sound of the B-Komachi girls singing. With that, Aqua passed away with a smile on his face.

Later, the manga showed Akane Kurokawa speaking to the deceased Aqua. His plan had worked as everyone believed that Hikaru Kamiki had killed him. However, Akane realized the truth much earlier. Hence, she wished that Aqua would have told her about the plan so that she could have helped him.

Considering that the previous chapter saw Akane Kurokawa mourn Aqua's death, Oshi no Ko chapter 165 will most likely showcase Kana Arima's full reaction to the same. As fans would know, Kana had a crush on Aqua and had asked him to come watch her final B-Komachi performance on Christmas Day. Unfortunately, Aqua never saw Kana's final performance.

This development could lead to Kana's emotions going out of control. With that, the manga could likely focus on Aqua Hoshino's funeral in the next chapter.
