With the alleged Oshi no Ko Chapter 166 spoilers, the manga was supposed to reveal the aftermath of Aqua Hoshino's death. Needless to say, the alleged spoilers did not disappoint as the manga revealed how Ruby Hoshino, Kana Arima, and others coped up after Aqua's death.

The previous chapter revealed that Hikaru Kamiki had manipulated more people than anyone could have imagined. Right after, it showcased Aqua Hoshino's funeral. During this, Kana slapped Aqua just as she promised and begged him to come back to life all while professing her love for him.

According to the alleged Oshi no Ko Chapter 166 spoilers, Aqua Hoshino's death left people close to him with constant thoughts of wanting to disappear. Life seemed impossible for them to endure with no hope for tomorrow and no room for dreams.

Amongst them was Ruby Hoshino who cried more than anyone. Nevertheless, she stood up and gritted her teeth, unable to sort out the feelings in her heart. But no matter what, she kept moving forward. During this, Ruby's black star eyes turn into two white star eyes. While she has been previously shown with white star eyes, it was only when she acted as Ai but never when she was herself.

While the manga did not state it, there is a good chance that the series creators showed her to depict a parallel to Sarina Tendouji.
