Oshi no Ko chapter 157 is set to be released on Thursday, August 8, 2024. Following the release of chapter 156, the manga series went on a one-week break, leaving fans eagerly waiting for the next chapter's spoilers. As fans might remember, before the previous chapter centered on Mem-Cho, the manga had been focusing on Aqua and Ruby's revenge against Hikaru Kamiki. After the siblings forgave their father, Akane believed that Aqua's revenge was over. That's when Aqua notified Akane about Fuyuko Niino, who could have been an accomplice to Hikaru in the murders of Ryosuke Sugano, Yura Katayose, and Gorou Amamiya.

Hence, the upcoming manga chapter could see Aqua and Akane going after the former B-Komachi idol to learn the truth behind her connection with Hikaru Kamiki. With that, the manga could also explore her obsession with Ai.
