Oshi no Ko chapter 161 is set to be released on Thursday, September 26, 2024. Following the release of chapter 160, the manga series went on a one-week break, leaving fans eager for what was to happen in the next chapter. Hence, here we have brought a list of major predictions for chapter 161.

The previous chapter saw Aqua Hoshino confronting his father Hikaru Kamiki for the lies he had told him. Hikaru pretended that he never had ill intentions towards Ai, but it was later revealed that he had been manipulating Nino and Ryosuke to do his bidding for him. With that, Aqua confronted Hikaru for trying to kill Ruby.

Aqua could kill Hikaru Kamiki in Oshi no Ko chapter 161

As seen in the previous manga chapter, Aqua Hoshino wanted to help Hikaru Kamiki like his mother Ai wished. However, upon learning the truth behind Hikaru's statements, he could no longer go along with his mother's wishes.

Hikaru lied to Aqua, stating that he had no ill intentions towards Ai. However, in reality, he had been manipulating Ryosuke and Nino to be obsessed with Ai. With that, he effectively sent Ryosuke to Ai's hospital in Miyazaki and got her killed four years later by never truly directing him to do so.

This also meant that when Fuyuko Niino attacked "Ruby Hoshino," Hikaru had a part to play in it. This means that Hikaru tried to get his own daughter killed. Given Aqua's love for Ruby, he could no longer allow his father to do as he pleased, Therefore, in the upcoming manga chapter, Aqua could go along with his original plan of killing his biological father.

Crow Girl could stop Aqua Hoshino in Oshi no Ko chapter 161

As seen in the previous chapter, Aqua Hoshino wished to kill Hikaru Kamiki. However, given the story's development, the chances of Aqua committing a murder in the story seem low. Therefore, there is a chance that someone could stop him from taking such drastic actions.

As depicted by the manga, all three members of the B-Komachi idol group were still performing on stage, and Akane Kurokawa and Ichigo Saitou were still back at the Hoshino home. Therefore, the only important characters whose whereabouts were not revealed were Miyako Saitou and the Crow Girl.

Considering how Miyako could be at the B-Komachi concert location, it only leaves Crow Girl to do something about Aqua and Hikaru. Therefore, fans can expect the Crow Girl to appear in the next chapter and stop Aqua Hoshino. With that, the manga could finally reveal the enigmatic character's true nature. While she claimed that she was of godly origin, the manga has yet to explain the same.
