However, Akane senses something darker at play but hesitates to tell Aqua, fearing it could lead him back to his path of revenge and ruin the newfound peace and freedom. In the episode's closing scenes, Ruby crosses paths with their real father at Ai's grave.

Later, Aqua picks out a white suitcase, the same color as Kana's glowstick, making her wonder if it holds any special meaning.
After shopping, Aqua suggests heading home, but Kana, wanting more time together, says she's hungry and suggests having dinner together. Aqua surprises her by taking her to a restaurant where he had already made a reservation.
On the way home, Kana hopes for more, but Aqua simply drops her off. Later, Kana feels happy while looking back at the pictures from their day on her phone.
However, she stumbles upon a photo of Akane and Aqua, making her wonder how Aqua will handle his relationship with Akane, as earlier he had hinted about giving Akane a final answer regarding their future together.

In the final scenes of Oshi no Ko season 2 episode 11, Akane agrees to the breakup but offers to help Aqua with his goal if needed. Aqua reveals that he recently discovered from his half-sibling that their father, whom he wanted to kill, is already dead.
He expresses relief, feeling freed from his quest for revenge and ready to focus on his own life and happiness. However, Akane appears troubled. A brief series of sequences reveals Akane's inner thoughts, and as Aqua senses something is off, she excuses herself and leaves.
On her way back, she reflects on a simple loophole in the events that Aqua missed, likely because he wanted his revenge-driven life to end. She then debates whether to reveal this to him, knowing it could reignite his obsession for revenge.
The focus shifts to Ruby visiting Ai's grave. As she leaves, she encounters a mysterious blond-haired man heading toward the grave. He notes how much Ruby has grown. As he approaches Ai's resting place, he refers to Ruby as their (his and Ai's) child, and the episode ends on a cliffhanger note.
