Our Last Crusade or the Rise of a New World Season 2 episode 2 was aired recently. One of the biggest moments for fans was the reunion of Iska and Alice for the first time this season. In that regard, there were some hilarious moments between the two characters because of Alice's jealousy and also because of her bodyguard Rin's actions, which added to the drama.

The bulk of Our Last Crusade or the Rise of a New World season 2 episode 2 was focused on Alice's jealous actions and how that impacts Iska. It went on to the point of them sharing an intimate moment when they were alone. Apart from this, the episode also had a few elements that needed to be taken into account. A good example of that was the conversation between the Queen and Elletear. The two were attacked by someone, and they seemed to think that it was the Masked Man.

Iska and Alice meet for the first time in Our Last Crusade or the Rise of a New World season 2 episode 2

Our Last Crusade or the Rise of a New World season 2 episode 2 started with Alice and Iska meeting by accident when asking for the same ice cream at a food place in public. This resulted in a hilarious moment where both characters tried to come up with excuses for why they were there, with Rin showing up and not trusting Iska from the get-go.

As Iska left to continue his work as Sisbell's bodyguard, Alice and Rin decide to stalk them, which was the most comedic period of the episode. In that regard, the more things Sisbell did with Iska, such as holding his arm or touching his face, the angrier Alice got, which resulted in Rin trying to calm her down.

However, all of this led to a moment where Rin asked Iska to meet with Alice in private. After a conversation with her bodyguard where he explains his motives, Iska talks with Alice and shares a moment where their attraction for one another becomes a lot more apparent. When they were sharing an intimate moment, Rin thought Iska was attacking Alice and entered the room, leading the swordsman to leave the place.

The royal family is under attack

Our Last Crusade or the Rise of a New World season 2 episode 2 was mostly a comedic effort focused on the connection between Iska and Alice. However, the final third focused on the royal family of Nebulis. Elletear was seen talking and taunting with the Queen as she normally does as they discuss the strife that is currently taking place within the royals' quarters.

The most prominent moment in Our Last Crusade or the Rise of a New World season 2 episode 2 was probably how they were attacked and how it seems that it was the Masked Man, who suddenly appeared right after the fact. The episode concluded with the introduction of the Holy Disciples into the conflict.
