In the previous chapter, Shin and Heisuke were seen taking an elevator down to the B2 level. They were being escorted by Shackles, who was held at gunpoint by Boiled. When asked about the nature of B2, Shackles described it as a giant maze.

Upon stepping out of the elevator, they were greeted by the sight of a bright sky and birds, which was surprising until they realized it was all displayed on a giant monitor. The area was oddly empty, with no guards or prisoners in sight. Shackles explained that B2 used to be a regular prison like B1, but the prisoners had made various additions, turning it into a maze.

The construction was ongoing, and no one knew how many rooms, prisoners, or guards were present. Even Boiled had heard rumors about the existence of a supermarket, movie theater, sauna, hospital, and funeral home on this level of the prison.

In one of the rooms that Shin and Heisuke entered, they found sand everywhere, as if the room had been designed to resemble a desert. There, they met a young man who was naked and had an eye patch. He said he had been mugged as soon as he arrived. He had also come to meet the fortune teller because he wanted to know the best way to reconcile with his friend.

At this point, they all started sinking into the sand. Suddenly, three assassins appeared, calling themselves the Super Antlion Hell Brothers. They were the ones who had robbed the young man.

The young man mentioned that if he could get his package back, he would be able to free everyone. Shin then used his ESP to make the Super Antlion Hell Brother who was holding the package drop it. Inside was a bow, which the young man used to kill all three Super Antlion Hell Brothers instantly.

The chapter wrapped up with the young man introducing himself as Tenkyu.
