Sakamoto Days chapter 192 is set to release on Monday, December 2, 2024, at 12 AM JST, according to the official MANGA Plus website. It looks like this chapter is going to focus on the intense battle between Shin and Tenkyu, with both characters determined to eliminate the other. Despite their shared resolve, they have distinctly different fighting styles and are, by no means, evenly matched.

In the previous chapter, the events leading to Shin’s decision to fight Tenkyu were revealed. As Shin fled alongside Heisuke, Atari, and Hoshi, Tenkyu managed to catch up with them, and Shin saw Tenkyu torture Atari. This made him realize that unless Tenkyu was stopped, Sakamoto's family would remain at risk.

In the previous chapter, Shin, Heisuke, Atari, and Hoshi were fleeing as Tenkyu pursued them. When Shin questioned Atari about her motives for helping them, Hoshi explained that Shin was her lucky object of the day. Next, Atari held onto Shin, believing it was important for her to stay connected to her lucky item.

Shin, offended at being referred to as an object, slapped her hand away. At that moment, a flower pot fell on Atari’s head. As she tried to move, she discovered she was stuck, having stepped on a pile of gum. Seeing her predicament, Shin reluctantly allowed her to hold onto him again.

At this point, Tenkyu arrived and kicked Hoshi away. Heisuke tried to shoot him down but missed. On the other hand, as Shin and Atari tried to escape, Tenkyu shot Shin and grabbed Atari.

Tenkyu then interrogated Atari, asking how he could reconcile with his friends. She bluntly told him it was impossible, as Uzuki’s alter ego would never allow that.

As Tenkyu pressed on her, she further explained that her ability allowed her to draw on future luck, but she had already used up her quota. Tenkyu reasoned that her luck could not be completely depleted, as she was still alive. Atari revealed she had already chosen how to use the remainder of her luck.

As Tenkyu began choking Atari, Shin realized Tenkyu would harm anyone, including Aoi or Hana. Determining that some people could not be allowed to live, Shin decided to act. He freed Atari, handed her to Heisuke, and gave her his name tag, saying it might bring her luck.

Shin then announced his resignation from the Sakamoto store, admitting that he was still an assassin at heart and that he needed to kill Tenkyu.

It appears that Sakamoto Days chapter 192 will focus on the confrontation between Shin and Tenkyu.

Whereas Tenkyu fights with sheer brute force and shows little emotion, Shin does things differently. While he may currently feel strongly determined, this alone might not be enough to secure victory, especially since his ESP will not be effective against Tenkyu. This makes the fight especially riveting to watch.
