The sneak peeks of Boruto Two Blue Vortex chapter 14 finally marked the return of Sakura Haruno, following her last appearance in the first Boruto series. Although Sakura is one of the original cast members and played a key role in the Fourth Ninja War as well as the defeat of Kaguya Otsutsuki, her presence in the Boruto series has been relegated to that of a side character.

Given her significance in the overall narrative and her absence, despite the grave situations involving both Naruto and Sasuke, many fans had already anticipated her return in Boruto Two Blue Vortex. While the sneak peek only revealed a few panels of her healing Inojin after he was impaled, her reappearance might signal the return of another fan-favorite character, such as Kakashi.

Boruto Two Blue Vortex chapter 14's sneak peek marked the return of Sakura Haruno, her first appearance since Boruto: Naruto Next Generations. Although the sneak peek did not reveal much about Sakura's dialogue or the ongoing events within the Hidden Leaf, it did confirm Inojin's status after being impaled by Jura during their fight.

Sakura, one of the original three cast members of the series, has been sidelined despite her position as one of the best healers. Given her history with both Naruto and Sasuke, she may take on a more impactful role in future chapters.

Chapter 13 of the manga ended with Boruto being arrested, leading fans to believe that Boruto Two Blue Vortex chapter 14 might take a much darker turn, primarily focusing on the supporters of Boruto versus those completely under the influence of Eida's Omnipotence.

While Sakura did appear in the sneak peeks of chapter 14, many fans expect her role to be minimal, with only a few lines of dialogue and no significant impact. Others were surprised by her appearance, as her long absence from the manga had led some to believe she had been forgotten.

"I don't expect anything beyond an small cameo and a couple of words," one fan said.

"WE BEAT THE ALLEGATIONS???? THEY DIDNT FORGET HER???" another fan said.

Given the nature of the Sharingan and the historical process of unlocking the Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan, many fans speculate that Sakura's return might set up a tragedy for Sarada, potentially leading to a power-up. However, other fans argue that Sakura has had no major influence on the story and may be sidelined again by the author, despite being part of the original cast.

"She back in the manga after 4 years while there are enemies planning to attack the village? Yea sarada getting EMS soon," another fan wrote.

"Author's gonna make her dissappear again very soon, despite being one of the original 3" one fan wrote.

Boruto Two Blue Vortex chapter 14 will be released on September 20, 2024. While the sneak peek suggests a shift away from Boruto to explore the aftermath of the fight against Shinju, it's possible that the highly anticipated "War Arc" could start unfolding in this chapter.
