Boruto Two Blue Vortex chapter 14 recently got a preview published featuring the return of Sakura Haruno, who hadn't been a part of the story since the beginning of the time skip. Therefore, fans are very eager to see what role she could play in the story moving forward, and a recent theory on X states that she could mentor Himawari Uzumaki, much like Tsunade did with her in the Naruto manga.
While this might seem far-fetched to some, Boruto Two Blue Vortex chapter 14 has already shown the two characters interacting and helping each other heal Inojin from the wounds the latter suffered while fighting against Jura. Also, considering how Boruto got to train under Sasuke, it would be fitting for Naruto's other close friend to train his other child, although this is up for interpretation.

Boruto Two Blue Vortex: Sakura might train Himawari in the coming chapters
The recent preview of chapter 14 has confirmed that Sakura Haruno is poised to return to the story, as she was seen healing one of Himawari Uzumaki's teammates, Inojin. As Naruto's daughter proved to be quite useful by using Kurama's chakra to heal Inojin, there have been some speculations on X that Sakura could be training Himawari in the near future as a medical ninja.
This theory might indeed be a bit far-fetched at the moment, but it does fit thematically, considering that Sasuke Uchiha trained Boruto, Naruto's son. So, it would be fitting that the other Team 7 member would be taking care of his daughter. It could also be a way for Sakura's character to get back into the story, which makes a lot of sense considering that her former teammates are missing.
Furthermore, this training arc with Sakura could give Himawari much-needed time to grow and improve as a shinobi and as a character. It is fair to say that the creative team of the series wants to give her a lot more relevance, while audiences also need to see her develop in front of their eyes.
Sakura's potential role, explored
While it is true that Himawari is poised to get a lot more screen time in Boruto Two Blue Vortex, it is also fair to say that Sakura deserves more exposure. When taking into account that her daughter, Sarada, was close to dying against Hidari, and her husband, Sasuke Uchiha, has been missing for quite some time, it would be logical for her character to get involved.
Moreover, with both Naruto and Sasuke out of commission, it would be fitting for Sakura to get more involved as a way to help two of the biggest connections she has made in her life. It would also be a way to switch scenarios, with her now being the one helping out to rescue them - another twist that Boruto Two Blue Vortex could do to raise the quality of the writing.
Final thoughts
There is a good chance that Sakura Haruno is now going to take part in the events of Boruto Two Blue Vortex and a training arc with Himawari might be the way to go. It could help both characters in terms of development, and also in receiving more time in the spotlight.
