Takeru Hokazono's Kagurabachi manga has entered a new phase with the introduction of Samura's daughter. In chapter 61, Chihiro Rokuhira learns from the Masumi leader how the blind swordsman instructed them to fake her daughter's death. He wanted to prevent his daughter from enduring a restricted life imposed by the Kamunabi.
As such, Samura's daughter was officially declared dead, while in reality, she lived a peaceful life in Kyoto. However, the Masumi leader speculates the Hishaku may discover her location and hold her hostage to manipulate Samura, whose only weakness is his daughter. Thus, the Masumi and Chihiro decide to go to Kyoto and take Samura's daughter under their custody.
Interestingly, Chihiro's new mission calls back to Gojo and Geto's mission to secure Riko Amanai in Jujutsu Kaisen's Hidden Inventory arc. Although the objectives in both missions are different, the nature and the timing suggest Samura's daughter may meet the same fate as Riko Amanai and die. Her death might serve as a crucial point in Chihiro Rokuhira and Seiichi Samura's characters.

Exploring why Samura's daughter may die like Jujutsu Kaisen's Riko Amanai in Kagurabachi
In Jujutsu Kaisen's Hidden Inventory Arc (also known as Gojo's Past arc), Satoru Gojo and Suguru Geto were sent on a mission to escort Riko Amanai at the behest of Master Tengen. She was the Star Plasma Vessel, whose purpose was to merge with Tengen's body to ensure the latter's humanity and form remained stabilized.
However, she became the target of the Time Vessel Organization and the Q Group. The former was a religious organization that revered Tengen as a Godly figure. They felt the merger event would have tainted Tengen's body. Hence, they hired Toji Fushiguro to eliminate Riko Amanani.
Meanwhile, Riko Amanai made acquaintance with Gojo and Geto. She realized she didn't want to sacrifice her life and live the way she wanted to. However, her dreams couldn't come to as Toji Fushiguro's bullet pierced through her brain. Riko's death was a major turning point in Geto and Gojo's lives.
The former began to question the corruption of the Jujutsu society and developed an evil ideology, while the white-haired sorcerer turned into a figurative monster to shoulder all responsibility.
In Kagurabachi, Samura's daughter could play the same role as Riko Amanai. While it's only a speculation at this point, Samura's daughter may become an important figure in Chihiro Rokuhira's life.
In chapter 61 of Kagurabachi manga, Samura's daughter is seen studying in a classroom. It is revealed that the Hishaku organization has sent two of their expert members (one of them carrying an Enchanted Blade) to kidnap Samura's daughter.
On the other side, the Masumi leader has decided to go to Kyoto with Chihiro to take Samura's daughter under their custody. Chihiro, who hasn't seen Samura's daughter before, will learn about her existence in Kyoto, and could possibly enroll in the same school as her.
He may develop a bond with Samura's daughter and gain a new resolve to protect her. However, if he fails to accomplish his task and witnesses the girl's death, his belief in his own self will be shattered. He could go through an internal evolution, which could affect his Enten Enchanted Blade. In other words, Samura's daughter's death could endow Chihiro with a new move.
On the other hand, Samura's biggest weakness is his only daughter. After the war, the Kamunabi imposed certain restrictions on the contracted sword bearers' family members. However, Samura didn't want to let her daughter abide by them, so he entrusted his guardians, the Masumi, with the mission to fake her death.
According to Kagurabachi chapter 61, a specific spell was used on Samura's daughter to mentally sever her connection to her father and the outside world. She was no longer known as Samura's daughter but had a different identity. However, the Hishaku organization knows about it.
Perhaps that's why they signed the deal with Samura after the War. According to Kagurabachi, Samura abhorrs the Enchanted Blade users and sees them (including himself) as sinners. Hence, he sided with the Hishaku to ensure they were eliminated. However, Samura also suffers from toxic righteousness. That's why, he plans to kill the Hishaku after accomplishing his personal vengeance.
As it is revealed, Samura was one of the key personnel in the Seitei War, who controlled the War. Hence, he is a big threat to the Hishaku. It's strange for Yura, the Hishaku's leader, not to have a backup plan in mind. That's why, he wants to use Samura's daughter as leverage to pull the strings on the blind swordsman.
Thus, if Kagurabachi manga shows Samura's daughter's death, it will send the blind swordsman into a frenzy. He will question his ideals, and decisions, and will surely plunge into despair. There's a high chance he may die while aimlessly looking for revenge against the Hishaku. In other words, the girl's death could affect Samura's life in a negative manner.
Conclusion
While it's only a theory at this point, the role of Samura's daughter in Kagurabachi could be similar to that of Riko Amamai. The Star Plasma Vessel served as the crucial plot device for the narrative of Jujutsu Kaisen.
Likewise, Samura's daughter could influence two of the most important characters' fate. Now, it remains to be seen whether Hokazono follows the same route as Akutami or injects his own flair into the narrative, turning Samura's daughter into Chihiro's second side-kick after Hakuri.
