Sarada's potential in Boruto Two Blue Vortex has not yet been explored to its full extent. The primary reason for this is that she has not utilized her awakened doujutsu, the Mangekyo Sharingan. While the fandom speculates that she might use it to assist the protagonist, time is running out, and before she can help him, the Shinju might destroy every village.

Given the current dilemma, she might soon harness the powers of her doujutsu, which might even surpass her father's. Sasuke's Mangekyo Sharingan allowed him to summon black flames that wouldn't disappear unless they burned their target to a crisp. Sarada's Mangekyo, similar to the protagonist, might use the energy of a heavenly body and could also incorporate properties from her mother's jutsu.

Disclaimer: This article contains potential spoilers from the Boruto Two Blue Vortex manga series and has the author's opinion.

Sarada Uchiha awakened her Mangekyo Sharingan in the last chapters of Boruto Naruto Next Generation during the Omnipotence Incident. She did this out of sorrow for the protagonist (who was betrayed by the village). After this incident, the protagonist left the village, and fans never saw Sarada's awakened doujutsu's abilities.

Fast forward to the Two Blue Vortex sequel series, Sarada didn't use her awakened abilities once. The 'presumed' reason behind this is that she isn't even aware of her Mangekyo Sharingan. With the fans not knowing what wonders her awakened Mangekyo might be hiding, some hints might be revealed through the protagonist's Uzuhiko.

In the first chapter of Two Blue Vortex, after the protagonist returns to the village, he activates a new jutsu technique to take down Code, the Rasengan Uzuhiko. This technique utilizes centrifugal force from Earth to create a Rasengan that disrupts a person's equilibrium.

Similar to the protagonist, Sarada's awakened doujutsu might also utilize energy from a heavenly body, potentially the Sun. The main ability of Sasuke's Mangekyo Sharingan was the Amaterasu, which summoned black flames that would not extinguish until they burned their target to a crisp.

Sarada's Mangekyo Sharingan might utilize solar energy to create a flame similar to Amaterasu. However, it would also have a drawback like the Rasengan Uzuhiko. Rasengan Uzuhiko could only be charged if its caster stayed in one place (so that the centrifugal forces from Earth could be channeled in a smooth flow).

Similarly, Sarada's Mangekyo Sharingan could only be activated during the daytime (as the Sun is only available during this time). So what would make it better than Sasuke's Amaterasu? Sarada's awakened doujutsu's flames could also possess healing properties, similar to her mother's healing jutsu.

Final thoughts

While it might seem far-fetched to think of Sarada's Mangekyo Sharingan abilities (because the author hasn't conveyed anything related to it), this theory does seem like something that could happen. As jutsu techniques tend to get stronger with every generation, Sarada's awakened doujutsu might be one of a kind and even prove crucial to the defeat of the Shinju.
