Boruto and Bleach fans have gone on an online debate regarding the Sarada vs. Yoruichi and the characters' roles in their respective series, which has gotten pretty headed. That is because a Bleach fan on X mentioned how Yoruichi's display against Askin in the Thousand-Year Blood War arc is how Sarada Uchiha enthusiasts view her character.
Naturally, many Boruto fans didn't take this lying down and commented on how Sarada is a much more relevant character in her own series. This led to a long debate regarding what these two characters do in their respective stories, which is commonplace in the anime and manga community. However, a lot of people didn't see this comparison coming.

Boruto and Bleach fans begin a debate over a Sarada vs. Yoruichi discussion
The recent anime adaptation of Bleach's Thousand-Year Blood War arc had Yoruichi Shihouin going all out against the Quincy named Askin Nakk Le Vaar, which had someone saying this is how Boruto fans view Sarada Uchiha. This, naturally, prompted a reaction from that fandom, claiming that Sasuke's daughter has accomplished more in her story than Yoruichi.
While debates and comparisons between fandoms are normal, there is no denying that comparing Sarada and Yoruichi might be one of the most strange events. Not only do these two ladies have very little in common in their respective stories and from a writing perspective, but one (Sarada) plays a role as part of the main cast while the other (Yoruichi) is more of a supporting character.
Be that as it may, some people highlighted how Sarada has been a major cornerstone of the series, evidenced by how the Two Blue Vortex time-skip happened because Sasuke Uchiha trusted his daughter's judgment regarding Boruto, perhaps saving the world as a result. However, some Bleach fans also brought Yoruichi's accomplishments and contributions to the story, which are quite a few.

While it is understandable that Boruto fans care deeply about Sarada and her achievements throughout the story, it is also unfair to undermine what Yoruichi has contributed to her own series. Taking the Askin fight as an example, she was the one who stayed behind to deal with Quincy while Ichigo Kurosaki's party headed over to Yhwach's chambers.
Moreover, she was the one who taught Chad and Orihime Inoue how to use their powers, she was the guide of Ichigo's party during the Soul Society arc, and she was the one who taught the protagonist how to use Bankai. There is also the fight she got involved in in Ichigo's brawls against Zaraki Kenpachi and Byakuya Kuchiki, and the former would have died if it hadn't been for her.
"Didn't yoruichi teach ichigo bankai? That's more important than anything srarada has done for boruto No disrespect to sarada she my favorite character in boruto," someone said.
"Bro was wrong 3 times in the same sentence," another person said.
"She saves 3 people there Without her Ichigo Orohime and ychad are stuck and are not getting away Just because u fail to realize what's actually going on doesn't mean she had no impact," someone else said.
This is commonplace in the anime and manga community since fans are used to drawing comparisons between one franchise and another, but that shouldn't stop people from enjoying them. Both Sarada and Yoruichi have their virtues and weaknesses in Boruto and Bleach, respectively, and fans are free to like what they like.
