Suicide Squad Isekai episode 6 recap
Suicide Squad Isekai episode 6 began with Harley and co realizing that Enchantress and The Thinker had decimated the fort’s entire forces. Harley likewise became incensed after watching an Elf, under The Thinker’s control, execute Beanstalk, the green troll she had become friendly with. This started the fight, but the titular group was quickly defeated, largely thanks to The Thinker trapping Peacemaker, Deadshot, and Clayface in a psychic attack before shooting them.
As Enchantress and The Thinker left, it was revealed the aforementioned trio had survived thanks to Enchantress using magic to slow the bullets. The group then decided to return to the Queen, where it was decided they’d be imprisoned and hung. Fione tried arguing against this, but her mother wouldn’t listen. This led her to conspire with Cecil to stage a breakout of the Suicide Squad, which confused them greatly.
It was then revealed that Fione’s motivation to stop the war came from the death of her childhood friend. After telling him soldiers were always given food, he was killed after sneaking onto a comp and being mistaken for an enemy. Her mother’s words in the aftermath only further served to make her feel guilty. The episode ended with Peacemaker saying he had a plan as they made their way to the gate, where Enchantress and The Thinker were already waiting.
What to expect from Suicide Squad Isekai episode 7 (speculative)
With Suicide Squad Isekai episode 7 set to be a rematch between the titular team and Enchantress and co, fans can expect Peacemaker’s plan to be the differencemaker. Fans will likely have the plan explained to them in real time as it’s happening, with Peacemaker structuring it as a plan with multiple phases and steps.
Episode 7 should also continue the expansion on Fione’s backstory and motivations, and hopefully those of Clayface, Peacemaker, and Deadshot as well. Fans can also expect Harley Quinn to get her revenge, especially after the tearful display of mourning she gave in the previous installment after seemingly losing the fight and her friends’ lives.
