Jujutsu Kaisen chapter 262 recently came out with seven-page panels that focused on Ryomen Sukuna's battle instincts. After Yuta Okkotsu took over Satoru Gojo's body, the King of Curses quickly adapted to these circumstances, much like he did throughout the entire fight sequence with Jujutsu sorcerers.
In the showdown against Yuta, Sukuna managed to get the upper hand, which has worried fans about the former's possible demise. While it wouldn't be very logical of author Gege Akutami to kill off one of his protagonists off-screen, Jujutsu Kaisen chapter 262 was a very good example of how intelligent and adaptable Sukuna can be, two of his biggest virtues as a fighter.

Sukuna's counterplan against Yuta in Jujutsu Kaisen chapter 262 explored
Yuta's original plan to counter the Domain clash was to weaponize Sukuna's fatigue from fighting so many people and stall the latter's Malevolent Shrine for three minutes. However, understanding the situation he was in, Sukuna focused on restricting his Domain to fit the outline of Yuta so that he would have the time and space to deal with the latter's Infinite Void.
At the exact moment when Yuta was going to attack, Sukuna bypassed Infinite Void through the use of Domain Amplification. This was something that the group couldn't see in the original battle with Gojo through Mei Mei's crows since the two strongest sorcerers were inside their Domain clash.
Furthermore, once Sukuna managed to bypass Yuta's Domain, he began to pummel the special-grade sorcerer with his fists, though it is worth noting that the chapter is only seven pages long, so there isn't much material to explain what happened next.
As of this writing, readers know that Sukuna adjusted the range and focus of his Domain so that he could use Domain Amplification to engage Yuta in hand-to-hand combat.
What could happen after Jujutsu Kaisen chapter 262
Despite the ominous cliffhanger in Jujutsu Kaisen chapter 262, there is a very good chance that Yuta is not out for the count in this battle. It is very likely that he is going to bounce back against Sukuna and perhaps even get the upper hand at some point, although it seems unlikely that he is going to be the one dealing the final blow.
Furthermore, it is also very likely that Yuji Itadori and Aoi Todo will get involved in the battle once again by the time the Domain clash ends, with the three sorcerers probably charging at Sukuna together. However, there is also the fact that Yuta doesn't have a lot of time in Gojo's body and could die right before Yuji and Todo can get involved to help him.
Final thoughts
In Jujutsu Kaisen chapter 262, Sukuna understood that he only had to adapt his Domain to the outline of Yuta's Infinite Void. By proceeding to use Domain Amplification to bypass the aforementioned attack, the King of Curses gained an upper hand over Yuta, although it is very likely that the latter is going to bounce back in the coming chapters.
