Jujutsu Kaisen is gearing up for a final battle between Ryomen Sukuna and Yuji Itadori after the conversation they had in chapter 265, but the character of Uraume has become more of a rarity after this event.
After it was shown in this chapter that Sukuna doesn't care about others and can't form valuable relationships with people, it makes his bond with Uraume all the more bizarre, which could suggest him taking over the latter's body, according to a theory on Reddit.
Yuji Itadori has been focused on retrieving Megumi Fushiguro, whose body is currently under Sukuna's control, which means that if the former achieves his goal, then the latter will either die or lose the vessel he has at the moment. If Jujutsu Kaisen author Gege Akutami wants to resolve the Uraume dilemma, then there is a good chance that Sukuna is going to take over her body.

Explaining how and why Sukuna would take over Uraume's body in Jujutsu Kaisen
A running theme with Sukuna's character is that he doesn't care about others and is incapable of forming meaningful connections, which makes his relationship with Uraume more of a rarity.
She has been a loyal acolyte to him and seems pretty devout to him, with Sukuna playing along and not killing her or fighting her, which suggests that either he is lying about failing to connect with others or he keeps Uraume as a last resort for a body.
It would make sense because Yuji Itadori's mission is to save Megumi Fushiguro, whose body is under Sukuna's control at the moment. If the protagonist does achieve his goal, then that would mean that the King of Curses is either going to die or is going to need a new body, which could be the moment to use Uraume, thus showing his selfish nature once again.
This could explain why Uraume's fight with Kinji Hakari has not been addressed in the manga thus far, since author Gege Akutami is waiting for that battle. That is something that would explain the issues with the other fight, could give Sukuna new abilities, and could also provide the villain with another chance to heal himself for a real final battle.
What could happen in the coming chapters
There is a good chance that the coming Jujutsu Kaisen chapters are going to focus on the battle between Ryomen Sukuna and Yuji Itadori. In that regard, it is also likely that the next few chapters are going to give a lot more context to the protagonist's Domain Expansion and how it works, which is something that is going to be pivotal in this fight.
As mentioned earlier, it is also likely that Yuji is going to try to save Megumi Fushiguro and there is going to be obvious opposition from Sukuna. Then this is going to be a key moment in the manga since Akutami is going to show if Megumi is going to survive or not and what is going to happen to Sukuna if he loses his current vessel.
Final thoughts
The idea of Sukuna taking over Uraume's body in Jujutsu Kaisen could be a good way to explain the backstory of their relationship. It could also show Yuji saving Megumi and having them fight the King of Curses.
