Jujutsu Kaisen is one chapter away from its conclusion and the fandom cannot catch a break. Creator Gege Akutami has kept lovers of the series guessing for a majority of the story and it seems like that's how things will end as well. Such a belief comes from a singular panel shown in the manga's most recent release, chapter 270.
The characters featured in that panel might hold the key to potentially a part II (of which nothing has been disclosed yet) or possibly a spin-off. Whatever the case may be, Akutami has something in mind. In a nutshell, the panel features Fumihiko Takaba and a character whose face is hidden, but whose appearance closely resembles Kenjaku.
An intriguing theory states this mystery man could be Kenjaku's hidden son, one who was told to lay low until now. It does seem plausible since Kenjaku's last words referred to his will being passed on - who better than his own son?

Jujutsu Kaisen: The plot hints at Kenjaku's son being Takaba's new skit partner
Referring to Jujutsu Kaisen chapter 270, the chapter continued depicting the aftermath of the Shinjuku Showdown. Megumi Fushiguro and Shoko Ieiri were at Tsukumi's grave, paying their respects. After that, the chapter went on to show the status of its supporting cast. Among them appeared Takaba and alongside him, a mysterious new skit partner who was accompanying him.
At an initial glance, most will say that Akutami is attempting to tease viewers with Kenjaku once more. But delving deeper, a theory states that there could be more to this brief cameo, i.e., it could be Kenjaku's other son. To begin with, in Jujutsu Kaisen chapter 243, once decapitated by Yuta, Kenjaku stated his "will would be passed on." That seemed unclear until now.
Next, Kenjaku's whole aim was to kick off The Merger of Humanity, i.e., the merger between Master Tengen and about 90 million Japanese people. This was his ultimate plan that he was working tirelessly towards. Further, his motivation to do so was amusement, meaning he thought it would be fun to see what would happen.
Now, with Kenjaku dead, Ryomen Sukuna defeated and the Merger stopped, Kenjaku might have lost his role in the story. Every step he took was to start the Merger.
This could be Kenjaku's son who would step in to complete his father's plan. A character like Kenjaku has always planned ahead, accounting for nearly every possible outcome and putting contingencies in place. Anyhow, moving forward, there is more reason to believe that Takaba's new skit partner is Kenjaku's son. The evil sorcerer has been alive for a long time and the story of the Cursed Wombs is not unknown.
Given his nature, it is highly possible that he was conducting other experiments as well, in complete secret. Yuji was born to him and Jin Itadori (Sukuna's twin). Similarly, he could have had another child whom he kept hidden until now. If true, this is another point where his craftiness shines, i.e., the final contingency. For instance, he knew he would have to fight someone from Team Jujutsu High, and in the event of his defeat, he sent the Tengen fetus to Sukuna/Megumi, giving the Demon King control to begin the Merger.
On the same plane, it wouldn't be wrong to believe that he likely had a backup in place here as well, which is the defeat of Sukuna — the emergence of his other son. So, with things calm for now, Kenjaku's son might have infiltrated the sorcerers' side through Takaba, acting on his father's instructions, and is waiting, biding his time for the perfect opportunity to strike.
