With the date for the Founder's Festival fixed, everyone at the Jura Tempest works tirelessly to get the preparations going. Rimuru Tempest reveals that each of the executives will announce the unique projects they are in charge of.

Gabiru and Vester work on holding a presentation of the historic healing potions, hoping to attract interested researchers. Likewise, Shion tells Rimuru to look forward to her project. Shion, on the other hand, asks the Demon Lord to her take to the Engrassia and assist her with her project.

At Engrassia, Rimuru meets Yoshida, a reputed patisserie, and requests him to come to the Jura Tempest to help with his unique cooking skills. Although Yoshida refuses at first, Shuna's delicious dish changes his mind.

Following that, Rimuru Tempest goes to Blumund to meet Mjollmile, a merchant. He requests him to send five of his best employees to help out Veldora at the food stall. Additionally, Rimuru reveals that he plans on turning the town (Jura Tempest) into a health resort.

While he has a hot spring and a lounge, he feels the town lacks an entertainment section. Interestingly, Mjollmile gives him the idea of constructing an opera and an arena. Rimuru then decides to build a gigantic Colosseum at Jura Tempest, with 50,000 seats for spectators.

He also offers Mjollmile a high-rank position, provided he joins his team in Jura Tempest. The Blumund's merchant wholeheartedly accepts Rimuru's offer. Following that, the episode shows Rimuru going to meet Fuze, the Guilmaster of Free Guild's Blumund branch.

He invites him to attend the Demon Lord coronation ceremony in Tempest and requests him to hand over an invitation letter to the King of Blumund. Rimuru then learns from Fuze that Yuuki is worried about him.

So, he writes an invitation letter and asks Fuze to give it to the Grandmaster. The episode ends on a light-hearted note, with Rimuru disclosing to Fuze that Milim, the Demon Lord, will attend the coronation, which sends the man into a panic.
