The episode begins with a conference in Dwargon, where King Gazel receives a letter from Rimuru Tempest, asking him to attend the founder's festival at Tempest. While his subordinates consider the slime a threat, the King feels he won't betray his trust.

Back to Tempest, Rimuru is seen on Ranga's back, contemplating the success of the ceremony. The slime feels he must organize a hit event that would encourage the people to return to Tempest. At that moment, he notices Ramiris engaged in a fiery conversation with the skilled craftsman, Gobkyuu.

Upon inquiry, Rimuru finds out that Ramiris has left her previous labyrinth with Treyni and Beretta because she found it boring. She wants to bask in all the fun Jura Tempest has to offer, which is why she wants to have a home built for her.

Seeing a mini-house built by Gobkyuu near the arena, an idea sparks in Rimuru's mind. Following that, the episode moves to the Sorcerous Dynasty of Sarion, where the Archduke, Erald, gives an invitation letter from Rimuru to Sarion's emperor, Elmesia El Ru Sarion.

Elmesia is slightly offended that Erald didn't take her to Tempest. Later, she learns about the situation regarding the highway's construction, from Tempest to Sarion. She reprimands the archduke for failing to garner revenue by sending their forces to help with the construction work.

Nevertheless, Elmaris acknowledges Rimuru, who she feels possesses the power to fully utilize the experience and knowledge from the other world even better than Hinata and Yuuki. As such, she cannot turn down the invitation.

The episode then returns to Jura Tempest, where Rimuru Tempest reveals that he plans to make an underground dungeon for Ramiris. She also wants the dungeon to be a tourist attraction and appoints Ramiris to be in charge of it.

Additionally, Rimuru explains that he wants to open the arena outside the Western gate because the town's vacant area is used to house the Lycanthropes refugees.

Ramiris assures him that she can transfer the Lycanthropes to her dungeon using her powers, which will allow them to build the arena in the town. The episode ends with the pixie proudly accepting Rimuru's job.
