That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime season 3 episode 13 begins with a conference in Dwargon, where King Gazel receives a letter from the Jura Tempest. He learns from his subordinates about Rimuru's ascension to being a Demon Lord.

Yet while the others consider the slime a threat, Gazel believes in him. He feels Rimuru Tempest won't betray his trust. At the same time, when Gazel finds out about the invitation to the coronation ceremony, he looks forward to seeing what Rimuru has in store.

Elsewhere in Jura Tempest, Rimuru is seen carried by Ranga on his back. The slime thinks that besides the festival, they must organize a hit event that would encourage people to return to the nation. Moreover, he feels that it's not possible to hold the battle tournament many times a year.

As a result, they have to come up with something, for which everyone would return daily. Following that in That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime season 3 episode 13, Rimuru hears a commotion. Ramiris is seen arguing with Myrd's apprentice, Gobukyuu, who happens to be a skilled craftsman.

After the scene featuring Rimuru and Ramiris, That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime season 3 episode 13 switches the location to the Sorcerous Dynasty of Sarion, where the Archduke, Erald, hands over an invitation letter from Rimuru to the empress, Elmesia El Ru Sarion.

Erald can't believe that Rimuru Tempest has become a Demon Lord. Besides that, he feels that he cannot bring Elmesia with him to the Jura Tempest. The empress, on the other hand, talks about the delicious cakes she had from Yoshida. However, she speculates that Baker has moved to Tempest.

She also learns about the scenario involving the highway's construction from Jura Tempest to Sarion. Elmesia berates Erald for his strategies and not considering sending their troops to help in the construction, so that they could get the revenue.

Nevertheless, she acknowledges Rimuru Tempest for possessing the power to fully utilize the knowledge and experience from the other world. Elmeisa also realizes that Rimuru's influence is greater than Hinata and Yuuki in the Western nations. Therefore, she tells Erald that they cannot afford to miss the invitation to Rimuru Tempest's coronation as the Demon Lord.

That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime season 3 episode 13 returns to the Jura Tempest, where Rimuru Tempest invites Ramiris, Beretta, and Treyni to his mansion. The slime asks Gobkyuu whether it's possible to make an evacuation zone under the arena.

However, the Goblin says that having a vacant space right under a colossal arena won't be safe. That said, he can make one if the space is slightly moved. Rimuru then tells Gobkyuu that he would like a door built down there.

When the goblin enquires about it, Rimuru reveals in That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime season 3 episode 13 that he wants to make an underground labyrinth, i.e., a dungeon.

According to Rimuru, a dungeon would be ideal for attracting a large number of visitors. Moreover, he gives Ramiris an offer to not only live in the new labyrinth with her party but also organize events there. The pixie is overjoyed by getting a job offer from Ramiris.
