That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime season 3 episode 24 begins with Mjollmile trying to calm the irritated merchants, who accuse him of scamming them. He apologizes to the merchants and says that he can pay them anything but the dwargon gold coins they want.

Amid the chaos, Duke Meuse joins the scene and assures the merchants that the monster nation won't put their debts onto them. He believes Mjollmile and the Jura Tempest's executives can put the merchant's mind at ease by providing them with the Dwargon gold coins.

The narrative for That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime season 3 episode 24 shifts to Rimuru Tempest, who enters the room, accompanied by his executives. Duke Meuse, who is originally sent by the Rozzos family, grins in delight because he feels the Demon Lord won't be able to satisfy the merchants and make a mockery of himself.

However, his plan is spoiled, as Rimuru puts the authentic gold coins from Dwargon on the table. The Demon Lord even brings the international reporters, who capture the scene and take notes. After clearing everyone's payment, the Slime reveals he won't ever do business with them, since they wanted to sully his nation's name.

While it's only fair to ask for the internationally accepted Dwargon gold coins, Rimuru reminds everyone that their nation hasn't joined the Council yet. Moreover, he plans to build their own new giant economic bloc. Thus, there's no reason for them to join the council.

When Muese threatens him, Rimuru reminds the Duke that the reporters' articles will only show the merchants and the nobles who support them in a bad light. Mjollmile takes it over and requests the merchants and others to leave.

As such, he urges Rimuru to send some engineers to the Sarion. Elmesia also requests the Slime to transport the engineers using the "train" system he talked about. Rimuru recalls the Magitrain concept, an elemental magic-driven train, he wanted to create to smoothen the transportation system.

He thinks that it's possible if he can get Sarion's sorcerous science experts and the Dwarven engineers. Vesta is intrigued to invest his time in the new research. That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime season 3 episode 24 then shows Momiji asking Rimuru if the hole needs to be created in the mountain.

She allows it, as long as Benimaru can come and visit her homeland every now and then during the construction. Meanwhile, Youm's wife, Mjur wonders if the train's construction would embody the Monster-and-Man Co-Prosperity Sphere, project Rimuru once mentioned. She adds that her nation is willing to cooperate with the Slime.

Other dignitaries also chip in with their suggestions to make the Magitrain a success. Following that in That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime season 3 episode 24, the conversation shifts to the Dungeon. Veldora is exasperated, as no one has reached the 100th floor.

Mjollmile suggests Rimuru a bounty system, that can attract many adventurers to try and reach the final floor. He also wants Yuuki's Guild to advertise the Dungeon. On the other side, Hinata feels the adventurers venturing into the Dungeon all the time, with the instant revival on, could lower their awareness of lethality.

As such, she wants to send high-ranked priests to the Dungeon, who can perform Divine Miracles. That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime season 3 episode 24 then switches to Yuuki, who takes up Rimuru's offer from before, and requests to provide him with a new building, should he end up opening a new branch.
