Chainsaw Man currently has a lot of questions in the manga. One of them is about Denji and Asa Mitaka's situation in the Aging Devil's world, but perhaps the most prominent is the one involving the Death Devil. Author Tatsuki Fujimoto has yet to introduce this devil but has already prophecied that she will bring the apocalypse. However, her defeat could be connected to the two protagonists.
There is no certainty that the Death Devil is evil and could have more benign wishes, especially considering that it is a Primal Fear, which means that she hasn't been reborn and is ancient. Therefore, Asa and Denji might not have the traditional means in Chainsaw Man to defeat her. This could lead to them getting what they wanted and the Death Devil being reborn as their child because she has never experienced death itself.

Explaining the Death Devil's potential wish and how she could be defeated in Chainsaw Man
It has already been stated that the Death Devil is one of the primal fears, which means that she cannot be reborn through traditional means of dying. Ironically enough, this character has never experienced death, thus leading to the idea that she has never felt what it means to be reborn and have another chance at life.
Author Tatsuki Fujimoto has constantly had characters dying and coming back to life. This can be seen in the storylines of Makima and Nayuta as the Control Devil, Denji and Asa getting a second chance thanks to their respective Devils, and even Power, although that one is yet to be addressed. The idea of the Death Devil wanting to go through that cycle and being unable to do so would be a fascinating twist.
There is a chance that the Death Devil could be benign and curious about wanting to start again, which could lead to a path for Denji and Asa Mitaka to perhaps have her as their child. Maybe they could make a contract in some shape or form, leading the protagonist to have the family he never had and finally find peace.
Some issues with this theory
A major issue with this theory is that the Death Devil is a Primal Fear, as per the established lore of Chainsaw Man. Fujimoto could reveal exceptions to the rule, which could lead to an opening for Denji and Asa, although that seems impossible with the current information at the reader's disposal.
There is also the fact that Makima already established that she wanted to create a better world by controlling it, including using Pochita to take the lives of her sisters, which means that perhaps the latter can defeat the Death Devil. It also presents this character as someone who wants to bring destruction to humanity, which would contrast with the main focus of the theory of the Death Devil wanting to start a new life.
