One Piece chapter 1134 featured the appearance of two mysterious personas on Elbaph Island. These people were presumably termed the Holy Knights, as one of them resembled Shanks, hinting that he might be the Emperor's twin and the new captain of the Holy Knights. Even though the powers of these two Holy Knights weren't displayed, they might have been obvious from their appearances.
The Holy Knight with its face covered might have powers similar to those of the undead creature mummy, as both use their bandages as weapons. Shanks' twin might be related to one of Fenrir's sons from Norse mythology. The other Holy Knights might also have similar powers to popular horror creatures used in media.

One Piece: Exploring the Powers of the Holy Knights
One Piece chapter 1134 saw the appearance of a pentagram magic circle (similar to Saint Saturn) in the Heaven Realm of Elbaph Island. From this circle emerged two mysterious personalities wearing black cloaks. One of them was covered in bandages while the other one was a lookalike of Shanks, the Emperor of the Sea.
Given their appearance in the current part of the story, these two might be Holy Knights. This might be so because they were looking for Loki, hinting that the presumed Holy Knights returned to Elbaph to take care of some old business. However, what powers could these World Government agents have?
One Piece chapter 1135 saw these Holy Knights exit the Heaven Realm and meet a guard. These two then asked for directions to Loki's location and were refused. Upon this, the one, covered with bandages, threw some of his bandages at one guard who strangled him. This hinted that this character might have powers similar to the horror creature Mummy.
A Mummy is a popular horror undead creature that uses its bandages as a weapon to kill others. So, this character might have devil fruit powers related to a mummy. On the other hand, the other character is presumably considered the son of Garling Figarland, given his similar appearance to Shanks. As the Emperor is also considered Garling's son, Shanks and his lookalike might also be related.
Garling Figarland might have the mythical Zoan devil fruit, modeled after Fenrir (a werewolf from Norse mythology). Coincidently, just like Garling, Fenrir had two sons, Sköll and Hati, hitting that Shanks' lookalike might have the powers of one of Fenrir's sons. Werewolves are also a commonly used trope in horror media.
So, the powers of the Holy Knights might be based on some popular horror creatures. Another example of this could be the appearance of one of the Holy Knights. During the Native Hunting Competition flashback, Garling Figarland appeared with some other Holy Knight one of which had the face of a deer (similar to the Grim Reaper) which is also a popular horror creature used in media.
Analysis and final thoughts
While there are hardly any 'horror' inspirations in the series, this theory still makes sense given the current hints. However, as the true powers of the Holy Knights are yet to be revealed, take this article with a grain of salt as it is speculating something from the future that is yet to be confirmed.
