The Most Notorious "Talker" Runs the World's Greatest Clan episode 4 saw Noel Stollen and Alma Judikhali partake in their first mission as the reborn Blue Beyond. Just as they reached the mission's location, the village leader informed them about the mission and paid them the hefty advance fee without any haggling.

The episode, titled An Apology Won't Cut It, effectively revealed the life of a Seeker. While it seemed like an easy job doing missions and being rewarded for it. That was not all there was to it. In addition, the anime episode also gave fans an idea of how the life of an assassin ruined lives.

The Most Notorious "Talker" Runs the World's Greatest Clan episode 4 revealed how the village leader's daughter Chelsea looked up to Noel. Nevertheless, after Noel and Alma finish their mission, the village leader tries to poison them by having them drink expensive wine. Fortunately, Noel and Alma had already sensed a hint of betrayal from what they had observed.

Despite the village being poor, the leader did not try to haggle the advance fee. On top of that, the information he had given them was false as there were far more targets than what they were told. Lastly, it did not make sense for a poor village leader to open an expensive bottle of wine, worth one-fifth of their total feel.

Hence, Noel used his "Confess" ability to have the leader reveal the truth to him. Right after, Noel poked one of his eyes, threatening to make him completely blind unless he gave them all the money they had. While the village leader refused to give them the money due to their debts to the Gambino family, Chelsea gave Noel the money to save her father. With that, Chelsea started hating Noel and all Seekers.

Alma Judikhali's painful past is revealed

While the anime's previous episode revealed that Alma was Alcor Judikhali's granddaughter, as per the latest revelations, Alma was the late assassin's daughter. He had several children; however, he did not view them as such. Instead, after losing to Overdeath, Alcor had his children train and kill each other to shape an assassin who could essentially take his place.

Thus, after 21 years of strict assassin training, Alma assassinated her father, Alcor, and participated in the selection exams for the Society of Assassins. Unfortunately for Alma, the new leader did not view her as a good fit for the Society. Instead, he had her go check out Overdeath's grandson Noel if she was interested.

Upon remembering her past, Alma hugged Noel and pledged her allegiance to his mission to make Blue Beyond part of the regalia.

The Most Notorious "Talker" Runs the World's Greatest Clan episode 4 was quite likely the best episode from the anime till now. The episode had everything—comedy, action, drama, and emotional scenes. As for the adaptation, the animation remained consistent and the background music and cast performances were well above satisfying, making it a great watch.
