The Most Notorious "Talker" Runs the World's Greatest Clan episode 6 majorly focused on Albert Gambino as the anime tried setting up the first antagonist for the series. While fans guessed that he was an evil man, his actions were far more severe than one could have imagined.

The episode, titled The Price of Honor, effectively showcased how dangerous the gangster families were in the anime. Generally, such families are depicted as ones that head several forms of organized crime. However, the Gambino family was much more dangerous, as its head Albert was willing to get a man's hand chopped off for mere amusement.

The Most Notorious "Talker" Runs the World's Greatest Clan episode 6 saw Miguel and his slave Koga get apprehended by the Gambino family. While for a moment it seemed like Albert was planning to send the two back to d'Alembert family, Miguel convinced him not to do that. Instead, Albert decided to do something much worse, send the two back to their region after turning them into stuffed toys.

Just then, the mayor of the Mintz village arrived to inform Albert about Noel Stollen, the Seeker who "stole" the money meant for the Gambino family. While Albert gave the mayor some more time to pay off his debts, he also handed him a punishment. Albert got Koga to chop off the mayor's arm with his Longswordsman technique. Using this opportunity, Miguel saved both his and Koga's skin by offering the slave to the Gambino family.

Koga believed that he was an unwanted child. His father was a successful merchant while his mother was a beautiful lady. While they wanted a child together, an unforeseen incident saw Koga's mother be impregnated with him by some devious men. The incident caused Koga's mother to become mentally ill while his father hated him due to his origin.

Soon after Koga's mother committed suicide, his father sold him off to slavery. His owner was none other than Miguel who used him to earn money by winning fighting competitions. While Koga did not like the fights themselves, he liked the praise he used to receive upon winning.
