One Piece chapter 1134 shocked fans with the reveal that Shanks has an alleged doppelgänger who has arrived in Egghead alongside a bandaged woman. They are searching for the giant named Loki. Very little has been revealed about these two characters so far. However, the brief display of power by the woman has led fans to believe that the duo might be Holy Knights working for Imu.

This revelation has sparked speculation about the name of Shanks' apparent twin. Some One Piece fans theorize that Saint Figarland Garling might've had not one, but two sons. This suggests that the twin could also have a name associated with a weapon, much like Shanks himself.

Disclaimer: The article is speculative in nature.

The name of Shanks' twin in One Piece could be related to a weapon

Shanks' alleged twin has sent shockwaves through the One Piece community, with fans eager to learn more about this mysterious character. This doppelgänger is the same one who met with the Five Elders during the Levely and appeared on Elbaph Island alongside a woman wrapped in bandages in chapter 1134.

The doppelganger's history and abilities remain unknown. However, given that the woman accompanying him managed to bring a giant to the ground, screaming in pain without lifting a finger, it is safe to assume that he too possesses immense strength. This has also caused some fans to believe that Shanks' twin might be a Holy Knight.

On top of that, both Shanks and his twin bear an uncanny resemblance to a young Saint Figarland Garling who is currently on the Five Elders and was previously the Supreme Commander of the Holy Knights. Both Shanks and his twin may be Figarland's sons.

This gives fans a few clues regarding the name of Shanks' twin. The name Garling comes from Old German and means "little spear" or "one associated with a spear." The weapon choice for Garling, a large, single-edged saber, fits perfectly with this name.

Regarding Garling's sons, the term 'Shank' refers to the edge of a weapon used to stab an opponent, linking Shanks' name to a weapon, much like his alleged father. However, given Shanks' untamed and free-spirited nature as a pirate, the name carries a rugged and dangerous undertone. His weapon of choice is also a saber, named Gryphon.

By this logic, Shanks' twin would likely have a name that aligns with his role as a disciplined Holy Knight. He would probably wield a sword or spear as his weapon. Raised by Garling, he would be expected to uphold family values, with discipline and honor at the core of his principles.

If his name reflects this duality while staying in line with the theme of spears and swords, 'Lance' would be a fitting name for Shanks' Holy Knight twin. A Lance is a spear, a weapon of choice for knights and warriors—individuals who fight with honor and purpose.

While Shanks represents the untamed nature of Garling, Lance would embody the duty and honor of the Figarland family. They are two sides of the same coin, tied together by their father, Saint Garling Figarland. It will be interesting to see if the two brothers meet in the upcoming One Piece chapters.

Shanks' twin has arrived in Elbaph with backup and is searching for a giant named Loki. However, the country of Elbaph falls under the protection of Shanks, which is why he might need to intervene before his brother wreaks havoc in search of Loki or, worse, crosses paths with the Straw Hats.

Oda hasn't yet confirmed whether this is truly Shanks' twin or if he is related to the Figarland family or the Holy Knights. However, One Piece fans are excited about the possibility and are also speculating on other possibilities, such as Shanks' twin being a clone.
