The New Gate episode 6 was titled The Queen of Bayrelict. The episode started with where it left off in the previous episode. Schnee and Tiera wore disguises to hide their identities as elves and attended Girard's funeral where leaders from some of the biggest nations of the world had arrived. After finishing business there, Shin met Schwield, an acquaintance he had 500 years ago.
After a small pep talk with Schwield, Shin visited the nearest guild accompanied by his teammates and accepted a new quest to raise his rank. He was assisted by one of Girart's grandsons as they spent the day in the jungles looking for beasts and studying plants. As they reported to the guild about their progress, Shin was summoned to the Bayrelict Palace.
So, he left Fanrid and was on his way back home, accompanied by Schnee and Tiera. As soon as they reached Bayrelict, Shin placed the Moon Sanctum back to where it was for Schnee and Tiera and left for the palace the next day. When he reached the palace, he was greeted by one of the soldiers who acted as his escort.
He escorted Shin to the second princess of Bayrelicht Kingdom, Rionne. She was the one who summoned Shin to the palace regarding the incident of the Skullface Jack where the monster's sword flew into her room. After accessing Shin's honesty, she revealed her true power to Shin and challenged him to a duel.
What to expect from The New Gate episode 10 (speculative)?
The New Gate episode 10 is titled Demon. At the climax of the previous episode, a random man was assaulted by a mysterious shadow in the streets of Bayrelict. This shadow could be a demon and the next episode could be centered around this new race.
Moreover, with the second princess now adamant about fighting Shin, the next episode could also see their battle getting finalized or even getting started as Schnee and Tiera could deal with the issue of the demon.
