The Red Ranger Becomes an Adventurer in Another World episode 1 aired on January 12, 2024, at 11:30 PM JST. Episode 1 served as an introduction to the main characters, Red and Yhidra, while simultaneously setting the tone that will be followed by the series throughout its episodes.

This anime is a direct adaptation of the manga, The Red Ranger Becomes an Adventurer in Another World, written and illustrated by Koyoshi Nakayoshi. The Red Ranger Becomes an Adventurer in Another World episode 1 began with the Red Ranger, alongside the entire Kizuna Ranger roster, engaging the big bad villain "Break Up King." Their fight later took a turn, forcing the Kizuna Rangers to enter their Zords for a robot-versus-big-villain fight.

Although the Kizuna Rangers managed to win against one of the lesser villains, only the Red Ranger escaped the falling Zord and reached the Break Up King. The Red Ranger defeated the Break Up King with the "power of bonds" but ended up falling to his death.

While the Red Ranger was certain of his death, he was instead transported to a different world alongside his Power Ranger transformation gear. The Red Ranger Becomes an Adventurer in Another World episode 1 then cut to Yhidra, the female lead character, and a mage, evaluating adventurers for a commission. Red arrived at Yhidra's mansion and destroyed her evaluation golem, simultaneously proving his worth as an adventurer.

Yhidra promptly hired Red and went on a mana metal gathering commission. Although their mode of transportation was not specified, Red transformed into the Red Ranger and manifested a literal hoverboard as transportation.

After Yhidra and Red arrived at the dungeon, they were met by a horde of monsters. While Yhidra managed to care for a few monsters, Red mowed through literal hordes using his Ranger Gear, manifesting explosions out of thin air.

Both of them later encountered a Remains Dragon, which escalated into a Zord fight. Red and Yhidra won using the "power of bonds." The Red Ranger Becomes an Adventurer in Another World episode 1 ends with Yhidra and Red entering a party, marking another important bond in Red's and Yhidra's lives.
