The Uzuhiko likely won't be Boruto's best move for long

Since the start of the Boruto: Two Blue Vortex manga, fans have been introduced to a variety of new jutsu the protagonist could use after the infamous time skip. While the strongest among them is the Rasengan Uzuhiko, there is good reason to believe it won't be the protagonist's best move for long.

As explained by the manga, Rasengan Uzuhiko essentially made use of the planet's rotation to make its target feel the same forces. When used lightly, the jutsu can make someone stumble everywhere till the end of time. However, if the jutsu is used anywhere near its full capacity, it is capable of annihilating its target.

Nevertheless, evidence provided by the manga through flashbacks suggests that the protagonist could harbor a stronger jutsu shortly.

Boruto time skip foreshadows a new jutsu for the protagonist

As fans might remember, the early chapters of the Two Blue Vortex manga revealed that Sasuke Uchiha trained the protagonist for only about a year, following which, he was bitten by a Claw Grime and turned into a tree. However, in that one year, he was able to teach Boruto almost everything in his arsenal.

Another thing fans must remember is that Boruto knew how to use three Chakra natures - Wind, Water, and Lightning. This meant that he could essentially use all of Sasuke's Lightning Chakra nature jutsu except for the Chidori.

That said, while Sasuke was a fond user of the Lightning release, his main Chakra nature was Fire due to his Uchiha origin. Hence, there is a good chance that he may have taught the protagonist how to use the Fire Chakra nature. This theorized development opens up a lot of possibilities as there is a plethora of Fire Jutsu that the protagonist could master.

However, the one that stands out the most is the Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique. While this jutsu alone is not strong enough, Sasuke might have taught his student how to use this technique to set up the strongest Lightning Jutsu in his arsenal, Kirin. As fans might remember, Sasuke used his Great Fireball Technique to summon the Lightning-filled clouds, following which he would use his chakra to redirect the natural Lightning from the clouds for his attack.

This development has also been hinted at by one of the ending theme songs of the Boruto anime that showed the protagonist using a Fire release jutsu. On top of that, the illustration also showed the protagonist having Sage Mode-like marks around his eyes.

Given that Kashin Koji was also one of Boruto's teachers, there is a strong possibility that the protagonist could use the Sage Mode. Hence, while the manga has yet to hint much about this development, there is a good chance that the protagonist may have combined his Sage Mode with the Fire release to create a jutsu far stronger than his Rasengan Uzuhiko.

Thus, if he were to use the same against an antagonist, there is a good chance that Rasengan Uzuhiko could get shelved for an unforeseeable future.
