A brief overview of Tower of God season 1
Tower of God is an action-adventure series that takes place in a fantasy world where a certain tower exists that grants the desires of humans, no matter how grand it may be. The tower summons humans to climb it, which are known as Regulars, and no human dares to ignore the tower's summon.
Rachel, the female protagonist, gets summoned by the tower and has to leave behind the boy, Bam, whom she saved. Devastated by his savior leaving him, Bam decides to also climb the tower and enter it as an Irregular, someone who entered the tower without any invitation.
His reason for entering the tower was to find Rachel and help her reach the top.
Bam's journey starts as a very difficult one because he has no experience as a fighter. But as time passes, he learns and manages to cross each floor with the help of his friends.
Rachel appears in episode 3 as a disguised person but Bam recognizes her in episode 5 and gets injured trying to save her. She then revisits him and they join parties to climb the tower together.
They reach the final test on the Second Floor where Rachel and Bam are teamed. These two have to avoid getting their bubble popped by potential threats available around them. Fearing that Bam might hold her back, Rachel does an act of betrayal and pushes him out of the bubble with an intent to kill.
Bam wakes up and now wants to climb the tower to get answers from Rachel regarding her betrayal.

Tower of God season 2 episode 1 has not released any preview images or trailer. As indicated by the trailers and the synopsis of the sequel, season 2 would commence six years after the final test of the Second Floor where Rachel betrayed Bam.
