Bleach: Thousand-year Blood War anime has stunned fans with the revelation of Uryu Ishida's Quincy: Vollstandig form. Considering it wasn't shown in the manga, and only hinted at in the spin-off light novel series, Can't Fear Your Own World by Ryogo Narita, the revelation in the anime was all the more special.
That said, according to many fans in the anime community, Uryu Ishida's Vollstandig form could be far from the completed version. Unlike the other Quincies who gain a halo (Heiligenschein) on their head after Vollstandig's activation (e.g., Bazz-B, Bambi sisters, or the Schutzstaffel), Uryu's form didn't have such a thing.
Either Uryu couldn't activate the full potential of his Vollstandig powers, or he didn't want to showcase another layer of strength to combat Ichigo Kurosaki. In any case, Bleach: Thousand-year Blood War anime could be setting up Uryu Ishida to use the full extent of his Vollstandig form against Jugram Haschwalth, who he fights in the latter stages of the narrative.

Uryu's could showcase his true Vollstandig against Jugram Haschwalth in Bleach: Thousand-year Blood War
In Bleach: Thousand-year Blood War, Quincy's Vollstandig form has many features. It's the evolved version of the Letz Stil, which the Quincies primarily believe to be the relics of the past. Although the appearance of a Quincy Vollstandig slightly differs from one user to another, there's one commonality: everyone gains a halo, called Heiligenschein, above their head.
With wings on their backs and a halo above the head, the Vollstandig form endows every Quincy with an angelic appearance. That said, in the latest episode of Bleach: Thousand-year Blood War anime, Uryu Ishida didn't have a halo. It's highly uncanny for Tite Kubo, who supervised the design of Uryu's Vollstandig, to miss out on such an essential detail.
Therefore, it's plausible that Uryu Ishida was either incapable of unleashing the full extent of his Vollstandig form, or he deliberately chose not to showcase it. The question arises, that if he didn't showcase it against Ichigo, then against whom would he activate the full power of his Vollstandig?
Fans who have read the manga would know that Uryu Ishida confronts Jugram Haschwalth toward the final stages of the Thousand-year Blood War arc to allow Ichigo to escape. During his confrontation, Uryu demonstrated his Schrift, A: Antithesis. Since the Vollstandig form is an anime original addition, the fight didn't include it.
Therefore, Bleach: Thousand-year Blood War anime may have opened a possibility to let Kubo and the other staff involved in the production have Uryu Ishida awaken the actual potential of his Quincy: Vollstandig form against Jugram, aside from the Antithesis, which would act as an X-factor.
It's not likely for Uryu Ishida to demonstrate it against Yhwach because the final battle largely centers around Ichigo Kurosaki, his friends, Sosuke Aizen, and Yhwach, where Ichigo and others try their best to stop the Quincy King from annihilating the realms.
Therefore, the prime time for Uryu to use it would be against Jugram, not Yhwach. That said, it's only a possibility at this moment, with no confirmation from the official staff.
Conclusion
Uryu Ishida's Vollstandig form has already garnered immense buzz in the anime community. Therefore, if what he has shown in the anime is only a fraction of his actual powers, one can only imagine what the true extent of his Quincy abilities would be.
