What Devils are Quanxi's girlfriends in Chainsaw Man? Explained

Chainsaw Man's Quanxi is an infamous assassin from China, nicknamed "The First Devil Hunter" and a Hybrid who merged with the Bow Devil. Known for her incredible strength and combat abilities, she is also notable for her close relationship with four female Fiends, often referred to as her "girlfriends."

Named Cosmo, Tsugihagi, Long, and Pingtsi, these Devils are a vital part of her life, aiding her during fights and possessing a unique romantic bond with her. Each of them have distinct abilities that complement Quanxi's fighting style.

The bond she shares with these fiends are complex, underscoring both her leadership and fidelity in the chaotic, fast-paced, Devil-infested world of Chainsaw Man.

As mentioned, Quanxi's harem consists of four female Fiends in Cosmo, Tsugihagi, Long, and Pingtsi. Debuting in chapter 54, it was clear that Quanxi was their leader and they displayed an immense sense of loyalty towards her.

They each possess distinct personalities and Fiend-related abilities. Alongside providing Quanxi companionship, they also fight alongside her in battle.

Cosmo is the most memorable of the four, embodying the fear of omniscience and gaining the universe's knowledge. She exhibits little emotion, barring her usual smile and only repeats the word "Halloween". Tsuhihagi appears as a

Frankenstein-like Fiend with a stitched-up body. Not much is known of her since she didn't speak but yet displayed loyalty to Quanxi.

Long is also shrouded in mystery, only showing expressions and normally seen with her wrists chained, depicting her submissive nature. Her appearance is akin to Power.

Lastly, Pingtsi is a Fiend with goggles and short hair. With the ability to speak both Japanese and Chinese, Pingtsi is quite cheerful and chatty, often sharing random facts to entertain Quanxi.

Not to be mistaken, Quanxi's Fiends are by no means weak. All four possess distinct sets of abilities which complement Quanxi's combat style and make the five highly dangerous opponents.

To begin with, Cosmo (the Cosmos Fiend) possesses Total Understanding (telepathically pull her target's mind into her own, a dimensional space akin to a giant library and force the understanding of the universe into them thus paralyzing them as they are "only able to think of Halloween until they die") and Omniscience (her own power makes her omniscient but affects her as well, as she only says "Halloween". She is not omniscient when not using her ability).

Next, Tsugihagi being a Fiend disallows her from making contracts and her powers are comparatively weaker than when in Devil form. Her true abilities are yet a mystery but she does have all other usual Devil strengths.

The same is with Long, being a Fiend she cannot form contracts and is weaker in when not in Devil form. She possesses Fire Breathing (breathing large amounts of fire from her mouth).

Lastly, Pingtsi is Bilingual (Japanese, Chinese) and her Devil Power include Magnifying Glass (her ponytail become a magnifying glass and detects information, like during the Hell Devil incident where she provided detailed information about the Primal Fears) and Contract Perception (an extension of Magnifying Glass, she can tell what Devil contracts someone has).
