Uraraka's ultimate fate in My Hero Academia finale, explained
While My Hero Academia finale did not spend a lot of time explaining Ochako Uraraka's ultimate fate in the manga, it did reveal what she had been up to. With the time skip, Ochako had become a pro hero and had teamed up with Ingenium, Creati, and Froppy to tour elementary schools nationwide.
She had spearheaded the expansion of access to Quirk Counselling, which was thought of as the most essential initiative at the time. This is because it helped in the decline of the villain emergence rates, stopping such possibilities from the very roots of society.
As for her romantic plot with Izuku Midoriya, the manga did not delve deep into it in the final chapter. The chapter only showed Ochako on a walk with Deku during snowfall. This was shown as one of the events that took place during the time skip.
But most suspiciously, Ochako's new hero costume featured a new mouth gear, similar to the one that Deku used to wear as part of his hero costume. Hence, it is very possible that she got together with Deku and wore the same after he stopped being a hero.
Did Uraraka recover from the wound Toga gave her?
As seen in My Hero Academia chapter 428 and 429, Ochako Uraraka hadn't completely recovered from the wound Himiko Toga gave her. Hence, fans were hoping to get an update on the same from the My Hero Academia finale. Unfortunately, the manga did not confirm it.
However, the manga did confirm that Ochako had become a pro hero with a successful career. During this, she was shown donning a genuine smile unlike some of the previous chapters in the epilogue. Hence, it is very likely that she recovered from her wound.
How Uraraka's experience with Toga guided her life
During her fight with Himiko Toga, Ochako Uraraka learned how Toga was forced to become a villain due to her quirk that had her craving for other people's blood. Had she not been ostracized by her family and gotten the correct help, she might have never gone down the dark path.
Keeping this in mind, Ochako Uraraka spearheaded the expansion of access to Quirk Counselling. This ultimately helped in the decline of the villain emergence rates.
