Gege Akutami, the creator of Jujutsu Kaisen, does not clearly reveal what actually happens to Takako Uro after the Culling Game arc ends.

She happens to be one of the primary characters in the game but doesn't come to a conclusion since the action of the story has shifted somewhere else.

During the Culling Game, Uro proves to be quite the strong and strategic enemy. She sustains massive damage in her fight with Yuta Okkotsu, after losing an arm, and is knocked out from the field by Ryu Ishigori's Granite Blast.

However, she does awake and passes over her points to Yuta, but Uro's character, through her lines, shows a reflection of great depth about power in general and her own personal past. She warns Yuta of his limitations and subtly hints at how the hold of someone like Sukuna over him is deadly.

After discovering that Sukuna has come to the Sendai Colony, Uro is overwhelmed with terror. This marks a moment of vulnerability in what had earlier been a talkative individual, but her reaction to Sukuna in no way gets her further into action within the unfolding events.

Instead, the manga shifts its focus to other characters and events while leaving Uro's story open-ended.

Takako Uro is a very powerful warrior in Jujutsu Kaisen due to her quite distinctive Sky Manipulation cursed technique. The skill allows her to control the sky as a material surface, hence manipulating space as well.

She lets her power manifest through shockwave creation by shattering the surface of the sky, distorting trajectories, and deflecting attacks.

One of her cruelest moves is a Thin Ice Breaker, where she can hit by concussive force with satisfying crispness with attacking the fractured space. She can defend, reposition, and attack, making her a very unpredictable and powerful opponent in battle because of her control of spatial manipulation. Her skill level shows deep mastery over the energy of a curse.

Final thoughts

The real end for Takako Uro remains uncertain at the close of Jujutsu Kaisen since her situation is left unconfirmed at the end of the manga. Severe injuries in after Culling Game, cut off an arm, have her wake up, give all her points to Yuta, and muse over power.

However, the story does leave Uro's tale unspoken, as it moves on to other characters. Her fear of Sukuna in Sendai Colony represents a fragile moment, but that doesn't take her role beyond that.
