Many Jujutsu Kaisen fans question what Utahime's power is in the series, because she doesn't have a prominent role in the story and doesn't have any fights to display her abilities. The fact that she hasn't fought is explained through the nature of her Cursed Technique, Solo Forbidden Area, and how it works more as a support than an attack.
The function of Solo Forbidden Area is that it allows Utahime Iori to boost the power of another person's Cursed Technique in Jujutsu Kaisen. Therefore, it makes sense why she doesn't fight a lot in the story because her abilities are mostly suited to backing other sorcerers instead of her being on the frontlines, which, comes with its own set of strengths and weaknesses.

What is Utahime's power in Jujutsu Kaisen?
Iori Utahime's Cursed Technique is Solo Forbidden Area and focuses on boosting another person's ability within her range. This boost only lasts for a certain amount of time but it can oftentimes work as a support in specific situations in combat, mainly when the sorcerers have a plan in motion.
Utahime can also boost this technique through different actions, such as dancing, incantations, and hand signs. If she manages to do all of this, she is going to be able to boost another person's power to 120% for a short amount of time, thus allowing said individual to go beyond their limits for a while.
The strengths and weaknesses of Utahime's Cursed Technique
The biggest strength of Utahime's Cursed Technique is that is a good boost to any sorcerer out there. Her ability to increase a person's output, even if for a short amount of time, can be critical when it comes to the Jujutsu world, especially considering the kind of threats they go up against.
It can also be quite versatile because it means that she can boost all kinds of Cursed Techniques in Jujutsu Kaisen. That, on paper, also includes the Reverse Cursed Technique, which means that she could aid healers such as her friend Shoko Ieiri to treat others in a much more effective manner.
The downside of this is that she has to be mostly a support and can't rely on her own Cursed Technique in a one-on-one fight. This was somewhat shown during the ending of the Shibuya Incident arc where she and her Kyoto students showed up to help Yuji Itadori and her abilities weren't very useful in this precarious context.
How Utahime uses her Cursed Technique in the series
The main reason that a lot of Jujutsu Kaisen fans ask the question "What is Utahime's power" is because she doesn't use it until the final arc of the series. It was during chapter 223 of the manga, during the Shinjuku arc, that she finally uses Solo Forbidden Area for the first time in the story.
It was at the beginning of Satoru Gojo's battle with Ryomen Sukuna when Utahime used Solo Forbidden Area to boost the former's output. That gave Gojo the chance to blast a more powerful version of his Hollow Purple attack and get a certain edge over Sukuna, although is worth pointing out that Utahime's status in the arc has not been addressed for quite some time now.
