Zeke Yeager is the main villain in Attack on Titan season 2 and one of the main Antagonists in the series.

Why Zeke Yeager is the villain in Attack on Titan?
Zeke Yeager is one of the evilest villains of all time in the anime world, and so was in the Attack on Titan series because his thinking was different from a young age. But in his way, he was right as his parents did not see him as a child and wanted to use him as a tool for their freedom which he understood and betrayed his parents to Marleyan Authorities.
Zeke then became one of the heads of Marley's army and gained the power of Beast Titan, which is notably one of the strongest Titans amongst the 12 Titans. He also turned the Village of Ragako citizens into mindless titans with his power. Later in Season 2 of AOT, he killed Survey Corps Soldiers, including the captain of the corps, Erwin, by throwing rocks, which made so many AOT fans hate him because he was one of the favorite characters of AOT fans.
Yeager also wanted to euthanize the Eldians so they would not be able to have children biologically. As he wanted to erase the Eldians from the world, which he did in the fourth season, he gave fluid to all the survey corps so he could turn them into mindless titans. He also turned Levi’s close group into Titans by making them drink his beast titan spinal fluid, which gave him the power to turn any human into a titan.
Few AOT fans might think that Zeke Yeager is not very evil because he also helped Eldians to attack Marley, but that was because he wanted to take Eren's power and gain trust from the Eldian side, which he was able to do later on betray them. However, Zeke's final goal was to make the world fear Marley and not let anyone attack his home. Meanwhile, they developed some of the best weapons to fight against other countries and rule them.
