Tower of God season 2 is yet to feature Yuri Jahad in the spotlight. However, as the sequel might end with the Workshop Battle arc, fans might not get to see this princess. She might appear in the future sequels (if they get announced) where she would pursue her love interest into the Hell Train arc. More interestingly, who is Yuri's love interest in Tower of God?
Bam is Yuri's love interest as she develops an interest in the protagonist from the initial events. She gave Bam the Black March Ignition weapon, showing that she believed in him. Moreover, after disappearing, she kept searching for him and even branded herself as the traitor to reach her love interest. Ignoring Bam's love for Rachel, Yuri might achieve Bam if the protagonist achieved his goal.

Yuri and Bam's relationship in Tower of God
Yuri Jahad is one of the Jahad Princesses and a High Ranker (who has climbed to a high level of the tower). She was introduced to Bam when the protagonist entered his first test before entering the tower.
Yuri fell for Bam on their first meeting and branded him as the perfect candidate to become her love interest. In the upcoming test, Yuri gave Bam one of her 13-month series Ignition Weapons, the Black March, as she considered the protagonist worthy of such a strong weapon.
The protagonist fully utilized the Black March until he fell from the tower (disappeared) at the climax of Tower of God season 1. Just like the majority of players from Bam's team, Yuri also didn't believe in his news because she never considered the protagonist so weak to fail a simple test. So, she started searching for him.
During the Workshop Battle arc, where Bam took the persona of 'Viole,' Yuri wasn't given the highlight as she was still searching for someone named 'Bam.' Following this, in the Hell Train arc, Yuri was branded a traitor, which gave her enough leeway to search for her love interest without anyone else's care. Even though her love for Bam might be one-sided (Just like with Endorsi), her feelings are true.
The taboo of Yuri's love for Bam explained
Yuri is one of the most influential princesses from the Jahad Family, as she does things in whatever way she sees fit. Even though her involvement with the plot isn't too much in anime (as SIU, the author, is saving her for the second half of his series), Yuri is still a Jahad Princess and as a princess, she is forbidden to have a love relationship with anyone from the tower.
This extends to how Jahad Princesses can also never have children. So, she might still be scared to pursue a taboo relationship with the series' protagonist, given her status as a princess.
Will Bam and Yuri end up together? Explored
Despite Yuri's status as one of the Jahad Princesses, there might be a way for her to get together with Bam. The protagonist's goal, after betraying FUG, was revealed to kill Jahad and the 10 Family Leaders. This also includes Yuri's family (the Ha Family which is present in her true name, Ha Yuri Jahad).
If the protagonist managed to kill King Jahad in the future, this would free Yuri of her status as one of the Jahad Princesses, meaning that she might be able to pursue a relationship with the protagonist.
However, this could be where the complications might arise because Bam is also the love interest of Endorsi and some other characters. Moreover, the protagonist's current romantic interest is still Rachel. So, Yuri might have a little chance of getting together with her love interest.
