Why Does Nobody Remember Me in This World episode 10 recap
Episode 10 of Why Does Nobody Remember Me in This World anime, titled The Prophet of this World, started with Kai and his group being guided inside the megalith by a mysterious voice. After Kai, Rinne, and Jeanne went inside the megalith, they discovered a gigantic stone statue, which turned out to be the Prophetic God, Arsla Solaka.
Apparently, Arsla Solaka was a being that belonged to the original world where the Great War of the Five Races had ended with humanity's victory. Arsla revealed that in order to ensure humanity's victory in the original world, she had created the Code Holder.
However, in doing so, she had exhausted all her power and was thus unable to stop the World Reincarnation. Since then, she had been lying in wait for the right candidate to visit her and take the Prophet Sid's place in the new world.
While Arsla did not possess any knowledge of the reason behind the World Reincarnation or the existence of the Last Riser, she did bestow a prophecy upon Kai and his group, where she surprisingly selected Jeanne to be the new Prophet and take Sid's place.
The latter half of the episode saw Kai and the Urza Rebel Army entering the territory of the spirit race, where they clashed with a large number of spirits. Although they were initially outnumbered against their enemy, the Yulun Federation came to their rescue.
With the added strength of the Yulun army, Kai and his group managed to repel the spirits' attack. However, towards the end of the episode, the two armies came across a lake, which turned out to be the Hero of the Spirits, Rikugen Kyoko, in disguise. With this revelation, the episode came to an end.
